Decent small sweet shop for basic evening snacks and sweets. I have never tasted their sweets but have tried their dhokla, khandvi and samosa a couple of times. It's really good and they deliver too.

My wife and I accidentally got to eat the superb Paneer Pakodas here and we have been a fan since then. Add to that the Samosas and Bread Pakoras which also are amazing. Small sweet shop and not the best for sweets but definitely good for pakodas.

Located opp maya enclave flats & BSES Hari nagar office. Very old shop. I have tried many of their sweets, most of them are average in taste but my favourite is their Besan K Ladoo. For Besan k Ladoo I prefer this shop only. Golgappas and other street food items are average. Service, price and quality is OK.

Thanks

So dewan sweets is basically a small sweet shop in delhi. Its chaat and street food items are quite decent and hygienic. But where this shop excels is it sweets. Its besan ki barfi and besan ke ladoo are simply the best. Other sweets are good too. So give this outlet a try. It is a small shop with a big heart.

Indian sweets are collectively called Mithai which is derived from the word mitha which means sweet. There are many varieties of specific types of Indian sweets which are usually a derivative of the original recipe for the sweet. Let’s look at the most common types of Mithai that people consume especially at special occasions like weddings, parties and functions, and festivals like Diwali, Eid and Vaisakhi. Many of the recipes for the sweets originated centuries ago with many of the sweets being cooked at home.

If you are looking for tasty authentic sweets and namkeen then no doubt this is the right place. I like it better than Haldiram and Om sweets. Rsgulla was really spongy, cham cham was awesome, kaju barfi was too good, don't miss the milk cake.

This is your old typical neighbourhood sweet shop which has upgraded itself as the ownership went through a generational change. The samosas, pakoras, jalebi are good and value for money. I am yet to try their Chaat items or sweets. You can safely go in for the evening snacks if you are around this place.

A very old and good shop for sweets and savouries. They have maintained their standard. Hot Evening snacks like samosa, pakora are also very tasty. And don't forget to bye jalebi on Sunday evenings!! For party and gatherings, they cater to our needs.
