I am a tea lover and so always like expliring new tea shops. Customised tea is nice. We had a Customised desi chai which was good, honey ginger tea which was also good. But Kasmiri Kahwa was not worth it! Though service is good and they did try to change it after we demanded, but still I guess they don't really know how to make it and it was waste of money. You will get better Kashmiri kahwa from tea bags! Also their Palak Patta Chaat and Chili cheese toast is great!

Open till 1 Am - top quality chai, bun maska and Poha. Gotta love their desi chai kadak, with extra milk and elaichi. This one is closer to my house so I find of having tea here late at night sometimes specially after 12 am after a long day ... 5 star for the place.

We are a regular to this place and mostly frequent the franchise in wee hours of the morning. The food and service is great and we love this place for the most parts. There are two feedback however: 1. Please use appropriate measures to keep mosquitoes in check. There are several mosquitoes that make it unbearable to sit and enjoy a cup of tea. Also, with monsoon and onset of dengue it scares me a little to bring my family or friends along. 2. Often, the staff says that a particular food item is physically with them but they can't serve it since the computer inventory suggests no items available. This happened to me on 17th August 2023 and I was taken aback on how digitally mismanaged a systwm could be. P.S. It is good to note that this organization takes its reviews rather positively and work on the same. The service was immediately rectified and I see they have acted upon things, hence rating again.

Great place for good chai. But the prices of snacks are little expensive.

Excellent location right on the road visible from the moving traffic. It's a chain present Pan Delhi. The staff is polite and helpful. The service is quick and prompt. The tea is excellent. They provide filter coffee as well with delicious snacks. Nice place for quick bite. Overall a good experience.
