I had there chicken biryani Chicken seekh kabab the was excellent taste was very good but one thing service was slow but but I really enjoy my food they have lots of choices to eat overall taste was good
Biryani here is really delicious, mild on the spice meter, tender chicken chunks and a delicious raita make eating Biryani at this place a delight.
They have different menu for lunch and dinner. Apart from Biryani Chicken Qorma, Chicken Stew, Chicken Achari (Lunch and dinner), and Chicken fry, Chicken tandoori, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka and Chicken Changezi in their dinner menu is also worth eating.
Their Biryani is nice and grimmy- street style flavours! YUM. The owner was kind enough to deliver the food to me a few kilometres away. Worth it!
Undoubtly the best briyani you can have at this place. If you live in Batla house area, it is just not possible that you didn't hear about the same.
And if you don't know about it, just visit Batla house and ask about Tipu Sultan chicken point and people will tell you thw directions.

Low profile dhaba sort place. It has amazing biryani. Must try guys. Amazing essence in briyani and chicken is also good. Low on price and well mannered people around. You wont find a better biryani than this place in delhi...

Tipu Sultan TS is famous for its No 1 Biryani in whole area of south east Delhi. chicken biryani and chicken changezi. Must try both , Tikka Kebabs melting in mouth , prices are very cheap quality n quantity of food is Good. It's located in Jamia Nagar but wrongly showing in New Friends Colony where as Gulomhar Enclave Tikona Park is near to TS.
First thing first, believe Zomato to be drunk when it says that Tipu Sultan is located at Friends Colony.The outlet is a small walk away from the Batla House Chowk.Nonethelles, Tipu is one of the best places to have Biryani in Delhi. Served in large steel plates, the Biryani is usually mildly spicy.Biryani connoisseurs would know that the Biryani served here is the typical Achari Biryani.If you are expecting Dum Biryani, do not go here. For the authentic Achari Biryani, Tipu Sultan is the place to be.
i have been there for biryani and korma both of them chicken biryani is average but chicken korma and achari chicken are awesome better tastes than the karims cheap as well
Great food. The kababs are highly recommended. Very basic setup and no air conditioning - immaterial compared to the amazing food.
