Decided to visit this place for a small get together. The place is amazingly decorated with pictures and small tea plants on the wall. The wall colours are light and sober and the service is quick.
The food overall was good with special highlight on smoked chicken fillers and Bombay sandwich. The bread was a bit dry though. The risotto's portion was a bit too small for the price. The thai veg curry exotica was good. Drinks were average at best but my Lychee bubble tea was excellent. A must try here.

One of the quieter places I have been to; perhaps because it is more expensive than Cha Bar right across the street. It is a connoisseur's café, and a relatively healthier option. The speciality of the place is of course in the myriad tea options ranging from classic Indian Masala Chai to green teas and exotics of both Indian and foreign flavour.
Ambience: The lighting is great, and the decor is fantastic, ideal for lazy afternoon luncheons and dates. The seats are well spaced out unlike Cha Bar and hence there is a much greater privacy to the place.
Beverages: From the way it is served with proper infusion pots to the detailed instructions that the server provides for getting the optimum out of your cup, I was thoroughly impressed.
Food: The food gave me nothing to complain about, the selection is mostly continental and there are good options in savouries to accompany your drink. I had ordered pancakes. The portions were alright but if you settle in for a heavy lunch prepare to order at least two courses.
Service: Top notch, courteous staff
Washroom: well maintained
Pricing: slightly expensive but worth it
