I have had the pleasure to dine twice in Triple 8 during their trials.The ambience is very comfortable and eye appealing.The staff knowledgeable, motivated and hand picked.What impressed me the most is their Food and Beverage especially the food.It is very tastefully prepared.Portioning are appropriate, presentation excellent and great Menu variety. The Exec Chef is very creative,attentive and aware of customers palette. You have great vast menu to explore.I am a former Food & Beverage Director operations for renowned Cruise Liners , we have been trained to be very critical and not accept mediocrity .Having said this ,Triple 8 is Excellent all round F&B operations.Proberbly the best Asian cuisine yet to explore New Delhi Clientle.Try it the food is a absolute treat.Bon Apetite

In the time of fancifying the presentation and overhyping the place, there are still some restaurants that win you over with their service. Triple8 was one such experience for me. Being a vegetarian and coming to such events (Gourmet Planet Exclusive) definitely raises some eyebrows but trust me, this was the first place where I have tried so much vegetarian food and still loved the most of it. Frankly, doing an individually plated dinner for these many food enthusiasts is a task in itself. The best part was that the event started on time and all credit to Sonny Walia Ji. There is so much to learn from this man.
The food is trendier than traditional Asian cuisine but it still seeks to preserve certain authentic flavours. Great music (especially the Saxophone in the beginning), great cocktails and very attentive owners, Mr Mandeep Anand & Jaideep Singh Anand. I have seen the glowing faces & heard the amazing reviews of my fellow Non-Vegetarian enthusiasts as well. Definitely visiting the place again with friends and family.
It's a great place recently opened at Ansal Plaza New Delhi. Though the area is not so happening but I am sure the kind of food places which are coming up promise to be top notch and people will definitely drive back to Ansal Plaza for them.
Triple 8 is a beautifully done place with gr8 ambience. Plush interiors with high end architecture. A nicely done Private dining area on the 2nd floor and a nice Bar and comfortable dining option on the ground floor.
Chef is no less than a wonder as he has worked with brands like Indian Accent.
Food is contemporary Asian and is superb.Must try dishes are Dimsums, Pork Belly yakitori, Goat brain tempura, Lamb shank Malacca and Mantao buns. Sushi and Sashimi is to die for. Don't forget to relish the lovely desserts especially custard buns and the mascarpone pie.
Pricing us a but high but the kind if ingredients and quality they ate looking at very well deserved it.
The food here is good. The Crunchy Lotus root has good flavour along with the Belgian Pork spare ribs. They also have a great Sunday brunch with an all you can drink option.

They have a Japanese chef and the seafood is flown in directly from japan. Food quality better than wasabi
The dimsums are very nice. The pork dimsum is a classic winner.
The goat brain dimsum is sth different and very good.
All in all this place is a must go to place.
Wow what a lovely place it is. If I talk about the ambience I like it so much, the lighting the walls whole interior was upto the mark. Eye appealing and delicious food. Presentable staff. Must try.
