It’s one of the best street food in New Delhi. Close to NSIC metro station. The food is as good as home made food. Staffs are very courteous and cool. It looks a little unhygienic but trust me, this place is worth craving for. I guess they serve probably the best yellow dal tadka in New Delhi.
This our favourite place to go for when we do not carry lunch to office or when its last week of the month. Easy on pocket and great taste. Aloo butter naan is to die for, all other dishes are decent enough for taste buds. I never miss on ordering their raita!! During winters they serve Delhi's favourite Gajar ka halwa which indeed is worth having:)
Its the only one to serve sweets, snacks & food in the okhla phase 3. The area is full of trees, offices and plenty of people love to have food from the nearby dhabas or tapris. Samosas are really good and are of good quality. People having hygiene problem can avoid this place as a drain flows from the back of the dhaba which makes the area somewhat smelly especially at the times when it's raining. A normal sitting capacity of 10 to 12 people serves you with mild food. Pranthas are stuffed well. Price range doesn't measure it as a DHABA.

Thali consist of one Season vegetable dish, Paneer Masala, dal Makhani, basmati rice, raita and gulab jamun it is accompanied with salad and laccha Paratha. I guess it was Veg Jaipuri made in shimla mirch and peas taste was OK. Paneer Masala was too good, soft and fresh Paneer as well as butter which was making it more delicious and was going well with laccha Paratha.
What amazing food! This place is my new favorite to order food! Typical epic dhaba food.. I have ordered from here a lot many times and everytime I end up saying "amazing food"... very easy on pocket and what taste!! Must try is there dry chala and aloo butter naan... trust you me guys you will end up being happy, sated and satisfied.. go ahead and eat from here on the days you want to have dhaba food which is not too expensive as well..
1. Food: Best samosas, gulab jamun and dal makhni...
2. Ambience: Less sitting space. It's better you order the food from your office around or get a take away..
Samosa and tea are must haves. Although its called cafe, its actually a dhaba, so don't expect anything in terms of ambience. If you are in Okhla and had a horrible meeting like I did, drop by.
Its one of the only food joints in Ohla Phase III so deal with that...all n all food is good ...samosas are the highlight of this place along with north Indian cousin
I bet most of us who work at Okhla Phase 3 must have eaten Atleast once from this place. Remember those amazing paneer samosas or those tempting hot gulab jamuns during the rains? Most likely, they were ordered from this tiny road side dhaba named Chamunda Cafe!! Besides serving amazing snacks, they also serve some brilliant paneer dishes and their paranthas are to die for! Dont believe me? Order their gobhi parantha someday! The food is fresh and is great value for money. Even their portion size is decent. This place is one of the few saviours at phase 3 seriously!!!
