I ordered aloo tiki and dahi bhalla from this outlet . Both d dishes have gud taste . I liked d chat . They have gud counter of chat and evening snacks .
A much mediocre place. Food wouldn't disappoint you considering the price point they serve it at. But what caught my fancy was their "Dahi Rasgullas".
Their take on the conventional Sweet dish and Delhi Chaat is commendable.
Try it once. I definitely found it better than the Dahi Bhallas I had in Chandni Chowk

Located near India habitat center this restaurant is really famous. As I am working at Lodhi road itself I was searching for a good restaurant nearby. If you ask anyone which is the good and affordable restaurant nearby this name is sure to come up.
After having heard soo much of this place I decided to visit it today for lunch with two colleagues .
This is a vegetarian restaurant. We ordered 3 thali and one chilli garlic chowmein.
The thali had two curries and one raita. The quantity of the rice was too less so if you are a rice lover then you need to order extra rice.
Chowmein was the usual 'indian Chinese ' we all have tasted. Nothing special
All this costed us Rs. 506 (for three people). Which is alright as all of us were full by the end.
This is a good place to visit if you are near to Lodhi road and when you feel like having simple vegetarian food.

Good, old school Indian food at very decent prices. If you're looking for some hi-fi place like some cafe like ambiance et al, you'll be disappointed.
But, if you savor Indian food and especially considering the fact that it is light on the pocket too, you're going to love Ganeshas. I've been a regular here for the last 6 odd years and I still absolutely adore the food here. :)

it is the only pure vegitarian resturant in this area which too many north indian dishes . the dishes i like the most are kadai paneer,bhindi do pyaza & also the seasnol sarsoo ka saag with makki ki roti & also try the tandoori prantha's with butter & pickle was too good.
Really loved the food here... Taste wonderful socially dhahi rasgulla...every dish has its own taste..best food.
The restaurant little spacious in comparison to the restaurants in and around this area with a seating capacity of more than 20 people. Quality and taste of food served is good. Lot of variety is there as well. Delicious desserts provide the finishing touch to the meals. The prices are the lowest in the area. Overall a very good experience would like to suggest others to try a hand.
This place has all been choice for good food on budget and for casual dining. Has all the required food options with self service to get the food. good tasting food and environment. Mornings can be bit noisy as many kitty parties of ladies are generally present there. Well maintained outlet with standard service and expectation. Overall good place to have food. There is every food Reasonable Price and you eat more than other restaurants.
My most go to place in this market; the standard of mithai is high and variety is good; their samosas, chole bhature and pakoras are my absolute favourite delicious and flavorful; the piece de resistance of this shop is the chaat! It's the best I have eaten for many years; I very often pack chat to take home , staff are masked; gloved and hair covered so that is good;
Food is good and price is also ok. I ordered deluxe Thali which is 180 rupees.
Great place for light eveng snacks. Wish if they could also provide tea that would have been great. Rest was good. In meharchand market this place is a good option to have snacks
Traditional north indian sweets available here including chaat. Excellent quality. Highly recommended. Jan 2020 update - sad to report that the chap who used to run the chaat counter has left /been replaced with someone else, who is just not as good....miss the old fellow....! March 2021 update - my favourite chhatwalla is back dishing out his absolutely tasty chaat...!!
wonderful experience...now has two centers one for food and one for snacks and sweets....delicious food, great hygiene, good place to hang out with frnds.
Nice sweet house in Mehar chand Market, all type of bengali and Indian Sweets available but for restaurant not much space available but all good indian foods available .
