Just okay kind of metro platform but the best part is that local market nearby is economical , you get variety of fruits and vegetables at very economical rates through out the year.
Hasthal road which is also near to this metro station has variety of shops for kitchen utensils, food items, spices, Dry fruits etc. are all at reasonable rates , for kids there are many good toy shops.
Not only these rather you can also buy AC, Refrigerator LED TVs, washing machines etc. as well.
Usually this UTTAM NAGAR is crowded on weekends and during festival season.
It's very crowdy area but you can get every thing here on reasonable prices. Fruit market Is also there on cheap rates
Life would be difficult without metro in delhi.Less fair, easy to travel. Take less time to go from one place to other. Budget friendly and all the staff are too supportive . Metro station are also clean.Train stays available in every 5 minute. Just I want to say this important thing who people sits on the floor inside the metro and gives problem to other peoples that is very bad even very disgusting.
Well maintained with cleanliness. It has uttam nagar bus terminal just below it and one can get battery rickshaws to go nearby. Alongwith it, there's a local fruit market and stalls selling different items. There's Himalaya sagar (restaurant cum sweet shop) too across the road, if you exit from gate no 2. Hastsal road and uttam nagar has an awesome market with good products available at every price.
Uttam nagar East metro station is neat and clean and well organised. From here you can go both vaishali , Noida electronic City as well as dwarka side. Below metro station bus depo is also from there you get bus service all over delhi. From metro statio you visit hastsal village , subh nursing home only at Rs.10.

The metro is really well maintained with numerous helping staff. The air conditioners are well equipped and provide optimal cooling throughout the journey. The station however not being underground doesn't have active air conditioning but still remains cooled! This metro station only has the Blue Line route
