It's my 100th review on Zomato and the restaurant I've chosen is not very famous or big ; it's just the food which is great.
Price of every dish is quite affordable and quantity is alot. 1 people can't eat their full plate. Taste is so normal so it reminds of home cooked food.
I tried special fry urad dal which is my all time fevourite. Special fry urad dal looked and tasted bit like dal makhni with Urad dal but it was great .
Rajma was so simple that reminded me of my UG hostel mess (which is also I'm missing alot now)
Service is quite fast and food is served fresh and hot.
Completely Happy
4*
One of the better street food joints in the GK area. And when I say street food, I say real food! Try their tandoori chicken and kadai chicken, I think they just might end up being your quick fix if living in a block around (if in W or M, you’ve got to do this)!
Hi, this is just on the side of the road, parking can be done nearby. Seating arrangement is there. I ordered Dal, Tandoori and roti, all were good and fresh. Chutney I liked its mint curd based. Tandoori was a bit dry but was okay. Dal full can be had by two people. Dosen't look too hygienic but okay for the price.
One more since childhood time option (my school bus stop was here and quite a few times packed lunch was taken from here after the bus dropped us off). Traditional veg and non veg dhaaba type dishes. In fact one of our staple orders is dal makhani, Shahi paneer and Fried boneless fish (and non spicy as per our family preference). A quick fix when mom is not in mood for cooking at home.
Punjabi food at its best, more importantly the chicken which comes in huge quantity. I am sure they are pretty good with their service and also with their quality of food.
Dhabha style, which is the fact that one should not ignore when thinking of visiting them.
I really liked their chicken dishes especially the chicken curry.
punjabi food which is served at small places like this have its own importance and taste. We enjoy a lot at the fine dine but when the same taste we get at places like this we tend to ignore the taste in front of the unhygeine issue. GK Corner is different, although it is a inexpensive outlet but the have made sure the quality of food is high and taste is good in every dish you order.
I would recommend this place to every punjabi who loves to try out the dhabha style food.
Well if you are looking for less oily and spicy food at much affordable prices then this is the right place .... It's sasta , tickaooo and good food .... The quantity will not disappoint you so will the delivery ....
I love food especially having it at DHABAS, they serve real indian food. This outlet is just besides the M block market GK-1. Dal fry special and chicken curry could be great to order.
Yummy Tummy
Cheap and tasty food and not very spicy.Since I work in Gk, I usually have food from here and I must say it has never disappointed me.Keep it up
The fried fish changed my life!!
I was super depressed, with nothing to live for. Every day seemed like a pointless battle against a cruel, hostile world. But that was until I tried the fried fish at this hole in the wall place, which completely changed my life. After the first bite, the grey, melancholy skies above the M block parking lot turned a bright hue of blue, the sun started shining on my life, and my life had a new purpose: to stuff as much of this fried, fishy goodness into my face.
From the tangy, crispy outer layer that feels like angels frolicking on ones taste buds, to the soft texture, like a thousand of the softest pillows stuffed with the fur of the cuddliest pandas, the fish never fails to impress. It pairs perfectly with the green chutney it's served with, like a match made in heaven.
