We visited the RamKrishna Ashram on Asthami celebrations and this is the first time Durga Puja celebrations were held in RK Ashram We arrived a bit late on Maha Navami and the celebrations were in full swing with chanting of prayers and offerings very well organised and sometimes solemn... The traditional drum beats were on heard and the amiencevwas one of joy and gaiety.. Bhoj was served and it was very well organised and though was at the end of the serpentine que we managed to come to be served in reasonably quick time Overall a exhalation experience and enclosing a few pict20ures to give the feel of the celebrations at the RK Ashram Durga puja for the year 2023

Good Metro station,but there is vibration on the platform when metro arrives

The metro is neat and clean. Well organised and at very prime location. Connectivity to all important points in New Delhi is possible from here. Regular announcements are done in the platform also in the train. Amazed to see such a quality of metro network built in India. Such well connected metro network not only save money and time to travel but also will certainly bring down pollution due to individual cars and bikes.

To visit Birala Temple (Laxmi Narayan Temple) you should get down here. You can take rikshaw's 20rupee per person to go temple. RK Ashram Marg station is well maintained and clean. Blue line Metro passes from this station.

You can find market here. This place (Pahar Ganj) is famous for its cheapest hotels. Nearby places is Pahar Ganj, Chuna Mandi, Multani Dhanda etc.
