Visited for family dinner on my dad's birthday. Received exceptional service, especially from our server, Gagandeep Singh, who went above and beyond to spice up the birthday celebrations. The food tastes authentic Indian and amongst the best tasting Indian food in Oslo.
शुक्रिया Singh is King!!! Our server was awesome! Loved his energy and attention. This place rocks. The restaurant was packed when we went, and yes, the food took about 30 minutes to come out, but what do some of these reviewers expect? The dining room is run about as well as you could expect on a packed Saturday night. The food was really great. Alcoholic bevs were great too. A+++
Thrilled with my dining experience at New Delhi Restaurant Oslo.The chicken curry was rich and flavorful, and the Roti was freshly baked perfection. The service was prompt and friendly, enhancing the overall enjoyment. The menu offered a variety of options of vegetarian and vegan dishes catering to different tastes, and the portions were generous.Definitely a go-to spot for delicious and satisfying Indian cuisine
The Paneer Chili Bombs are amazing! 🫶🏻 I also loved their Lamb Rogan Josh~ really tasty food with a cozy and nice atmosphere. Really great for a date night! 🍛
Ooh and they also serve unlimited rice! ✨ 💯 would come back again!

One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to. Quite surprised by the flavor, spice, taste of the dishes. Was little skeptical before stepping into the restaurant but every item was absolutely tasty. Would recommend Paneer Chilli Bomb.
Great atmosphere and best service.
From walking in the door, considering we came 30 Minutes early and they arranged our table in a full restaurant in two minutes! We got the best service, quick, polite and extremely attentive from all the staff! We ordered 3 starters, lamb chops they said would take 20 but came in half the time, was some of the best food I’ve eaten from coming to oslo! Mains course was even better, butter chicken and tandoori chicken, mind blowing flavors! Considering I’m a chef also I would highly recommended this restaurant for both food and service 👌
Beautiful and clean restaurant, great for families. The food was delicious , both the lamb from the main dish, and the chicken from the appetizer were tender and juicy, garlic bread was also fluffy and buttery 👍🏼. We had four different hosts and hostesses and all of them were really polite and caring 👏🏼.
Great place with great prices and tasty food, staff was realy friendly and atmosphere was good. 5/5 Would recommend.
The restaurant was better than expected, the staff understood Norwegian, but appeared to be in uncomfortable speaking Norwegian. Service was not slow even though the restaurant appeared to be close to max capacity. The food was as expected, but you should order the food at least one level more spicy, because it was mild. All in all we was happy with the food, service and amenities.
Amazing place to eat! One of the most authentic Indian restaurants. Staff is super friendly. Have been to this restaurant multiple times with friends, who loved it. Some of my favorites are Lamb Biryani, Tandoori Chicken, Veg Samosa, Samosa Chaat, Andhra Chicken Curry, Lamb Rogan Josh, Butter Chicken, Mango Lassi and the desserts.Yet to try many other dishes!
