What to say about this place...It offers a delightful experience with its inviting atmosphere, impeccable service, and delectable cuisine. The food, while incredibly delicious, leans towards milder flavors, making it a soothing delight for the palate. Our choice of rice beers and the four varieties of Thakali thali were a true highlight, particularly the exceptionally tender meat. The staff's politeness and hospitality deserve special recognition. A visit here is highly recommended.
Bhansagar is one of the best places in Delhi for all the pork lovers! I tried their pork chili garlic fried rice, chicken chili, chili pork, and chicken garlic chowmein and it was lip-smacking. The quantity of these many dishes was more than enough for nearly 6 people. The staff is extremely well-behaved and kind. The restaurant is small, cozy and quaint
It's a great place for Assamese and Nepali cuisines has a good atmosphere and they also has UNO Cards Amd Ludo kept to play while we wait for our food.
Amazing first time experience at this place. Ordered veg and non veg thalis and both were equally good.
Very quite and cozy setup. Perfect for a sumptuous dinner meal 👏🏼🫶🏽
To be very frank, it’s one of the best restaurants you might get in Delhi for Northeast people, like you get so much variety here. 🤤
And most importantly, we can devour one of the tastiest Assamese thali here for suree.. 👌🏻✨ that too with “UNLIMITED REFILLS” and i can guarantee, no one is giving you that.. 🤣
Overall,
Food ✅
Service ✅
Ambience ✅
Just make sure you get there quick, or else u might be waiting in the que just like AMA Cafe. 😅

The food was really nice, and so were the quantities. The Buff choila is highly recommended, and spiced just right.
However, the rice beer was just okay, and not upto the same mark as the other restaurants nearby. Five + stars if the rice beer had the oomph to it. Ideally it should be giving a light buzz but not getting you really drunk af.
The Veg Thali was particularly delightful, served on a brass plate, they provided 7 dishes in addition to rice and lentils. The Buff Thali was also quite nice, although they seem to have switched to larger pieces of meat. It was a fulfilling meal and would recommend it to anyone visiting Safdarjung.
Our go-to restaurant for quite a long time. But recent experiences have been slightly below our expectations. Based on our previous experiences and with a hope that they will bounce back to their better self, a 4 star rating is given. Especially the momo platter is not what it used to be.
The Nepali thali was good. Ambience as usual very nice. Service and hosts are cool.
Had this amazing meal after a tired day and the meal covered it all.. not to forget the ambience is lit with good music and privacy as you need.. with that the service was amazingly superb.. i love eating specially when i am served with a smile it just adds up and thats what we got here ♥️
Its our adda now.. Dal Rice muaaah 😘😘 and Jhol Momo 😍😍
Shukriyaa for having us ♥️♥️
Probably one of the best dine out decisions made. The food was absolutely delicious and the plating didn't disappoint either. I would not be surprised if I come wandering back in a few days again. Would recommend to anyone looking for good food, the Assamese food was made better than a few proper Assamese restaurants.
The service was sublime and everyone was welcoming, felt right at home.
