A roadside shop with some nice clean space for sitting. Value for money and great taste for sure.

I must say this a Place where you will get true and authentic Rajasthani food items . If anybody like me is a fond of Rajasthani food, sweets, namkins etc , one should visit here . When. I had Dal ka bada and Dal bati , I felt I’m in Jodhpur , even the pyaz ki kachori , kaanji vada, dahi vada will give you taste, as if you are eating at Rajasthan . Keep it up nimboli . See you soon.
Jalebi, Kulhad doodh & Malpuaa.. All the items are just awesome.. And hospitality is also upto the mark.. Their special arrangement of fire just beside the dining area is also welcoming. All in all, an awesome set up..Kachori chat with chole is ok ok. Kachori with kadhi is unique but the sweet items mentioned above are must.

Very delicious sweets and snacks , Pure Rajasthan taste . Hmm very yummy.
The taste of all the good items be it sweets or namkeens like Pyaj ki kachori , mirchi vada etc are truly authentic like Jodhpur's.
The lahsun ki chutney is mind blowing. The quality of the food items was extraordinary. If one wanted to relish Rajasthan cuisine in Delhi,Nimboli is the destination.

It may look like your average neighborhood restaurant however if you want to taste aunthetic Rajasthani dishes in Delhi, Nimboli is the place you should take a stop at.
I wandered in with family on a sunday morning, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of Rajasthani dishes. By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit.
I strongly recommend it to people who love lahsun chutney, kanji wada, kachori, samosa, mawa kachori and rajasthani sweets. They have a very aunthetic taste and quality dishes.
