I had a pleasant experience in need of a hot drink on a cold day. Staff were really lovely and sweet. Very friendly and even came to check my drink was to my liking. I had a gingerbread latte extra hot with oat milk and no cream. Perfect. So comforting and what I needed. Very clean. Nice branch. Good selection of pastries, cookies, savoury items and more to have with your drink. You can only connect to the complimentary WIFI if you have an Indian mobile. Ask a staff member and they will help you otherwise. My small negative was I wanted a masala tea initially but they didn't have this nor the chai tea latte. Fine otherwise and would recommend.

This Honey Ruby Grapefruit Black Tea was not my favorite but I loved the staff. Very sweet and helpful.

The recently renovated and redone Basant Lok Complex includes several newly opened stores and restaurants. Of these, the Starbucks right next to the Priya Multiplex is very well situated, convenient for a coffee just before a show. At first glance, when you enter the store, the narrow corridor in front of the order counter and display gives the impression that this is a small store. But if you go behind the counter, the space behind opens up into a fairly spacious area with seating for around 30 people.
Service, food and drink is pretty much standard Starbucks.

Wonderful experience here, love the flat white, Also, near to Vasant Vihar metro station walking distance. Staff is cooperative here. Nice place to hangout in Basant Lok.
One of the best team is handling this place! Good bunch of youngsters who are genuinely polite welcoming and really give an amazing customer experience hope as customers we are able to appreciate them and ensure their motivation levels are maintained. Superb place superb experience
