True to its name you truly go Spellbound. We went yesterday to this place and it was an incredible experience. It has all the ingredients of being a top quality fine dining restaurant. Nestled itself at second floor of Garden Galleria where you will find plethora of restaurants with music at top of its decibel ; this place boasts off quite well in terms of soothing ambience, live music (special mention of singer #Rupam) whose singing skills were par excellence. Me being an ardent IPL fan could not resist myself of clapping on his each of his songs. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable of their offerings. All in all a very good experience, my family loved the place and the food. Below is my rating for individual aspects:

Spellbound Garden Galleria Mall, Noida!!!
It seems Noida`s scene is changing gradually, after DLF Mall of India the next good thing which has come up here is #spellbound a five star standard`s fine dining restaurant which is one its kind with outstanding Royal Awadhi Cuisine by none other than Dr. Izzat Hussain, who being from the Royal Family of Awadh, Nawab Wajid Ali Shah has it in his blood. And then being a Unani Physician he is using his knowledge to make Awadhi Cuisine healthy without using any artificial Colour, Yoghurt and without water. Dr. Hussain uses very less Oil and Spices and making it digestive and energetic with use of hurbs.
Our Celebrity Model Ramneek Pantal and her other business partners have done a marvellous job giving this hundred plus cover outlet a grand and rich interiors with two PDR`s and its quite spacious with ample lights and soft music. Upper floor with open sit out on the terrace would be a party place which would be ready very shortly.
As we had been aware of the kind of cuisine Dr. Husaain has been into, we were already expecting it to be outstanding and we relished each and every morsel where he gave us all the details on how the dish has come out so well. We tried their Veg N Nov Veg Platter and each one was superb, the likes of Shikhampur Veg Kabab – soft and melt in mouth nice flavours, Veg Izzati Seekh and Paneer Tikka with Aam chutney as stuffing – quite unusual and delicious. Murg Kalapasi Tikka where only kale masale have been used and its was yummilicious and effortless to eat being so soft. Murg Nezaboti and Izzati Galaoti are the other not to be missed kind of delicious kababs. They serve very nice chutneys which are oil based and no water is been used and really liked the Sesame, Garlic Chutney in Olive Oil.
Mains were again out of this world. Mutton Badami Korma and Murg Begam Pasanda were delicious to the core and go well with amazing eggless Butter Nan, Izzat Ki Roti, Crisp Ginger Mint Kulcha or Sheermaal. Amazing variety of Indian breads are there to choose from where hurbs and multi grains are used. Kaju Palak is one of the speciality of Chef Hussain which should not be missed, it has a nice a bit sweetish texture and no bitterness of Palak. Mutton Zaffrani Biryani has that aroma of spices and the colour says it all, not to be missed kinds again.
Badam Halwa and Pakeeza Phirni are the light desserts one can eat after all this and not heavy on your palate.

What I Had:
Achaari Paneer Tikka, Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta from the food’s Menu. Virgin Sangaria and Bloody Current from their Spellbound Special Drinks Menu.
Presentation, Taste & Texture:
Their presentation for all the items was quite exceptional. I was expecting Achaari Paneer Tikka to be spicier and wish it had more tangy masala whereas Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta won my heart, it was perfectly cooked and had exactly all the flavors it intends to have in it. Both the dishes had a good quantity. About drinks, I would say Virgin Sangaria tastes better than Bloody Current!
Atmosphere and Ambiance:
Its a 3 story cafe with absolutely different ambiance on each floor, I had my brunch at the rooftop and I personally liked that the most. Overall they have a great ambiance with courteous staff and prompt service.
Recommendation:
I’ll recommend you all must visit this place that has an aesthetic ambiance and serves delicious food.

The only North Indian food centric restaurant at Garden's Galleria. Have been here multiple times. Review from the latest visit:
- The place is showing signs of wearing down. Better maintenance and hygiene is required
- The food is great and aromatic. Their Black Daal is really great and unique.
- The breads are also good
- We found the Paneer Korma dish okayish (too Mughlai I assume)
The service was quick, prompt and friendly. Appreciate all the servers who served us. The staff was genuinely interested in getting us a comfortable space and serving us.
Off late - the place has become a multi-cuisine restaurant. I would prefer other places if I want to try different cuisines. However, for North Indian fare - this would be the place to be!

Everything is made with perfection, not only in terms of presentation but with the taste as well.
In Drinks we ordered their Watermelon Cooler, a Kiwi Mocktail, and Brownie Shake. Brownie Shake is our recommendation! We then had some mains and to Badami Halwa as a dessert.

Spellbound is a lavish fine dining restro in garden galleria, Noida. I was impressed right from the moment I walked in . The decor was simply mind blowing, giving an impression of a five star property.
Servers were warm and made us feel at home. Loved the service. What I tried were:-
Izzati shami kebab :- was so soft that it just melted in my mouth . Must try.
Izzati Galouti kebab :- was damn good and when paired with parantha, tasted heavenly.
Mutton badami korma :- was too delicious. Mutton was soft and gravy was flavourful. Must try.
Mutton zafrani birtani :- was quite different from traditional biryani. It had a slight kesar flavour which made it really amazing.
Izzat ki roti:- one of a kind, multi grain roti. Was quite crisp and delicious.
Badam ka halwa:- was perfect ending for such a good meal. Must try.

Loved their almond qorma, both stews, achari paneer tikka, izzat ki roti, kaju biryani, paan shot, veg shikampuri kebab, kaju palak, kakori kebab and dal shehzadi...only downside is pita bread in hummus
Great food and ambience. Been there for an office party. It was held at the rooftop where sufficient space was there to accommodate 200 odd people. Great view from there. Staff was polite and good. Food was really tasty.
The spellbound is best for fine dining and enjoying dinner with friends on open terrace. The open terrace is decorated so interestingly and attractive that you would be just over whelmed. The options in snacks are not too much. We have ordered dal makhni which taste is just awesome and quantity is more than enough for 4-5 people. But for drinks it's not a good place as it is little bit costly.
Ambience is good, must place to go with family and friends. Chef is doing amazing job as every dish I tried till date is yummy

All in all it is a good place for family to go abd have a nice lunch/dinner.
They also have live music playing and musicians are also good.very soothing to ears.
They have terrace sitting as well and that too is great.
Terrace plays different music.
Weekends a re a but crowded, so i will recommend you to make a prior reservation, though the terrace has a very big area covered, so that might be available everytime. But if you want indoor sitting then you must make a reservation before hand.
The waiters are super friendly and very humble, always available at your service.

Yet another fantastic meal we had yesterday at the Spellbound Noida which will actually keep you all good food lovers spellbound by its royal cuisine, great ambiance and warm hospitality. Chef Izzat Hussain known for his exceptional food, puts his heart n soul to every dish and serves with warmth.
We had the crisp Palak Patta chaat and Murg kalapasi with our Mojitos and in mains relish Mutton Shahi Nihari with crisp butter nan which was an absolute delight the rich gravy in pure ghee was delicious to the core. Chef suggested the Kaju Palak which was another yummilicious creation of thick Spinach with cashews and was equally satisfying with tandoori roti.
Ended the sumptuous meal with Badaam halwa. Thank you so much Puneet Arora for this great treat loved it all
