Tried the new saffron golden saffron enchante today, and it was simply amazing.A must try and ask them to add whipped cream, its the cherry on the top.
Also ordered our usual favourite masala chai cake.

I had an amazing experience at Chai Point DLF, Meena and Vinita helped me out with the best coffee. I tried iconic cold coffee and filter coffee, they are good to go. Service and ambience is perfect.

Went there last night. The ordering process is seamless and easy. Since we has kahwa on the menu there was no question of buying anything else.
However service was slow considering that they said they were preparing kahwa from tea bags.
Water temp was super hot when it came and had to wait for a while before the flavour started to come home.
Service time needs to improve atleast for tea bag preparations.

I love to be in Chaipoint's outlets especially in Connaught Place Delhi and in DLF Mall Delhi.I had been to their outlet in Gurgaon Metro place also.

Always love the yummy and hygienic food and very polite staff. Highly recommend.
Special mention to the manager Rahul, Mosin and Deepak they're very polite and the order is always served quickly. Regular client of chai point from 4 years and hardly any complaints. Deepak was extremely kind as there was some issue with billing and he didn't make me wait but prioritized serving me first. Keep it up guys.

I want to share my stress buster story being a chaipoint regular guest at MOI 2nd floor.I always love to spend my time in this store and especially after a fully packed day.I am very happy that this place is near to my office and I can go and take a Chai break.Today my order was taken by this happy man Omkar as always he is smiling and offering me my fav Chai kesar elaichi with Anda roll..I really thank him for making my late lunch satisfying and yummiest.Kudos to team Chaipoint MOI keep rocking!!

I've know chai point since it started service their best tea. It hasn't been the same taste but then now chai point is more about memory than anything else.
Like always ordered ginger tea with banana cake. Banana cake was barely bananaish! It had all other flavor of the world except banana. But the tea was bang on.
The right amount of strike you'd want after having tea.... Is what has been delivered every time and again from this outlet.
The service was prompt. And kudos to the brand for launching so many merchandise over the period. That certainly keeps the customer more connected to the brand

What I didn't like was they were not providing free water, which most other such places, like chayos and Dunkin do.
Moreover, bottled water is such a menace that organizations should avoid it.

Aarti at mall of india branch is such a nice and welcoming staff and gave me service at utmost priority early in the morning , when store was just open . Went to DLF to watch a movie with friends and we went to Chai point for some tea. This is small open place with few seating. Got ginger tea not good. Bun maska was good and soft. Service was fast and quick.

This is a recent experience we tried Adrka chai and sabudana khichdi. Chai was literally amazing. customer service was excellent as well however the portion of khichdi was not sufficient in comparison to its price of Rs. 149. company must improve food quality amd quantity.
