Aarti at mall of india branch is such a nice and welcoming staff and gave me service at utmost priority early in the morning , when store was just open . And gave me amazing ginger tea to give me a kick start for the day.. awesome tea , always recommend chai point . I dont want to name the other brands who make ugly tea.. i came specially early in the morning searching for chai point and the staff and tea has never dissapointed me . Love it . Special thanks to aarti at mall of india branch .

Went to DLF to watch a movie with friends and we went to Chai point for some tea. This is small open place with few seating. Got ginger tea not good. Bun maska was good and soft. Service was fast and quick.

Tried the new saffron golden saffron enchante today, and it was simply amazing.A must try and ask them to add whipped cream, its the cherry on the top. Also ordered our usual favourite masala chai cake. Tasted as yummy as always

I had an amazing experience at Chai Point DLF, Meena and Vinita helped me out with the best coffee. I tried iconic cold coffee and filter coffee, they are good to go. Service and ambience is perfect.

Went there last night. The ordering process is seamless and easy. Since we has kahwa on the menu there was no question of buying anything else. However service was slow considering that they said they were preparing kahwa from tea bags. Water temp was super hot when it came and had to wait for a while before the flavour started to come home. Service time needs to improve atleast for tea bag preparations.

I love to be in Chaipoint's outlets especially in Connaught Place Delhi and in DLF Mall Delhi.I had been to their outlet in Gurgaon Metro place also. I just love to see the hospitality and the friendly and caring way of customer dealing by them and to taste the various types of teas and oh so delicious snacks at their place. customer

Always love the yummy and hygienic food and very polite staff. Highly recommend. Special mention to the manager Rahul, Mosin and Deepak they're very polite and the order is always served quickly. Regular client of chai point from 4 years and hardly any complaints. Deepak was extremely kind as there was some issue with billing and he didn't make me wait but prioritized serving me first. Keep it up guys.

Visited this place for a quick tea and really liked the variety of tea and snacks available. Had masala tea and masala chai bread. Both were quite good. Giving a star less due to unavailability of items. Wanted to have ginger tea but it was not available.
