Sunil and Rakesh our servers really helped us out. Celebrated my mum's birthday with the entire family of 10 and the entire staff made it super special. The Crackling Spinach and the Prawns were really delicious! :) Thanks!

Gone for a team lunch. They had a huge variety in buffet option what was pocket friendly too. 😜 loved their service specially for what I would visit again.

The starters were amazing along with a huge options in mains too.

Dessert could have been more but loved the caramel spounge cake. Soumendu was very prompt at his service. 👍

Had a very good experience with Noida Sec 18 Branch. I had a Demat account related problem for which I visited 2-3 branch including my home branch before visiting Sec 18 Branch. Kajal ma'am handled my case in Demat desk. She got so in-dept knowledge in this and provided very good customer service and explained the entire process through which my issue is resolved now.

Reviewing my recent experience opening an NRI account: Wanted to open an NRE/NRO account at ICICI. Had to close my resident account and then took a few days to open the new NRE account. ICICI uses a Kit system where your internet banking credentials, debit cards and pins are all put together into a kit and handed over right at the time of application ensuring that you dont have to wait weeks to get this account actually activated. Account was fully activated in about 4 working days. Also to appreciate the work done by the executive, Ritu Ahuja - polite, warm and very efficient in getting everything done asap. Thanks and renewed my faith in continuing my over a decade long relationship with a very tech savvy ICICI bank!
