Ordered 4 masala dosa in the morning from here during my last day of vacations. The taste of masala dosa was very nice. We appreciated the taste of Goan Food. Really nice and enjoyable.

The Tingling Taste Buds

South Indian restaurants aren't a rare sighting in Goa and this is one that has been around for a very long time.

We had a watermelon juice and a plate of Samosas (2 pcs)

A refreshing drink that's perfect to beat the summer heat. At Satkar, the watermelon juice comes with 2 to 3 pieces of the fruit in it. Ooh the chill!

This classic samosa is made even better here. The filling with its spicy bite and perfect texture is absolutely delicious. The price could be worked on a bit though.

Unfortunately, we stopped here for a quick bite and so we didn't taste much to give a review of the restaurant as a whole.

I had ordered planner kohlapuri...t.i taste was good...but fail in panner pieces as it was not at fresh...it was like gun. As I have explained as I have dinner lunch ....in hotel annapurna last 10 years...so Sarkar panner is not fresh at all...beware

Coming here for last so many years and yes things keep on improving. Food is good and affordable, service is good, ambience is good. It's a vegetarian eatery. Bombay pav bhaji is nice. Lassi is also good. I will recommend this pace for family as well as students or couples who wanna enjoy the food and time.

First of all, Friendly and welcoming staff. We can say this is a canteen styled restaurant. I had veg dum biryani(ek dum spicy and tasty 😋 ) and stuffed paratha, they tasted delicious! And quantity of food for that price was unbelievable! When u r on a tight budget and u crave for more food then do visit this restaurant! 😋 😋 4 stars because this restaurant looks old and dull!

Excellent for a quick cheap breakfast. Quick service. Fairly clean. Walkable from anywhere in Panjim city. Vada pav, avacado shake and Puri bhaji would be my picks from the menu

Was here during an official visit to Panjim. Had Dosa and also tried their Mushroom Munchurian during the second visit because I liked their Dosas. Everything was fine with the Dosa but the Sambar was a bit on the Spicy side. Ambiance is OK.

Best Place for Udipi and North Indian "Vegetarian" Dishes...
The Place is Located right in the city where it makes it even more accessible which is nice in its own way.
Must Check out their Dosas and Other Such Snacks.

Good food, nice cozy ambience, choice of menu is okay too. Vegetarian will find it interesting but the nonveg foodies will have to settle down with only veg options, though taste is good and you can skip non-veg for your one meal option. Staff courteous and polite. Pricing seems okay too. Will definitely recommend.

You can say it is the best restaurant for pure vegetarian option in Panjim city. This is a chain restaurant and have many branches across India. Their captain Umesh is very good person in hospitality They have all the items covered From pani puri to so many chaat North Indian South Indian Sandwiches Pizza Chinese Tea/coffee/beverages All the items we tried were very good in quality and quantity Rates are reasonable They also give you small discounts (but you should ask for it )

I went here to check out some chaat and I must say that these guys are expert in what they do. We ordered sev puri, gobi Manchurian and we found them amazing. It was pure tasty food. I wish I could try other things on their menu.
