Great food, good service. Ideal for family dining. The butter garlic squids are a must try. Also good North Indian cuisine. Great pricing (Around 1200 for 2- Inclusive of drinks). Kudos!
One of the must visit places for authentic Goan seafood in Panjim. We have been to this place many times to relish their fish thali and it never disappoints! If you are visiting it for the first time, it will be wise to take help of Google maps as it might get difficult to locate it. The ambiance is quite simple and decent. Good for family visit or hanging out with friends.
Must try: Fish thali, Butter garlic squids, Chicken cafreal
We ordered:
- Chonak fish thali: This is one of our favourite fish thali in Goa. Chonak was super fresh and lip-smacking. Also loved tisryo sukhe, Bangdyache sukhe and the yumm serradura. All in all its very well curated and budget friendly fish thali.
- Butter garlic squids: Must try! This is their signature dish and it's nothing less than heaven. It's super creamy and it's served with fried rice and garlic bread. We can keep coming back for this!!
- Cafreal chicken: Recommended. We loved their version of cafreal chicken. Its tastes bit sweet at first and then the spicyness kicks in. Its served with bread and french fries.
Cost: Most of the items are in range of 180 to 300 bucks.
Service: Prompt and quick. Good staff.
Would definitely recommend this place!
Last moment plans to this place, visited based on recommendation and i do not regret it. Located on interior roads of Taleigao is an paradise of food. The ambiance is average i would not talk much on that but about the food each and every item here is crazy mind blowing. Mushroom rava fry, prawns rava fry, cheese garlic naan, squids butter garlic. You just cannot miss this. Do visit this place. Good service by team kismoor
Heard a lot of reviews about this place from friends. Finally decided to visit and since then do go there very often
Its Quaint little place in Taleigao (use Google Maps to find).
The Fish is very fresh but do enquire the Catch of the day.
Our All-time favourites in fish are Chonak recheado (Red Snapper)
The Chicken Cafreal and the Squids in Butter Garlic.
The recheado and cafreal are the traditional Goan Masalas which restaurants tend to goof up on... not in this case.
The recheado is sweet spicy and tangy the way it's supposed to be ..The Cafreal too likewise. The Masala to me is the main highlight to the dish
The Butter Garlic Squids is very rich and creamy... so gym-goers will have to work out another 15 mins but it is worth it.
The restaurant has AC as well as outdoors and get full sometimes so it's better to reserve if its a large group.
Good place to have a nice Goan fish curry rice (thali). Their rice plate is well rounded with multiple items catering to all taste buds! They also provide a small serving of serradura (sweet) and tival(solkadhi). Staff is courteous. The fish thali costed 250 rupees. The place has a AC section as well. They serve alcohol too. Parking can be an issue as the place is right on the road. But one can park on available spaces on the road.
Fish thali is absolutely amazing, great variety. Fish reshado fry is killer👌🏼
Awesome food..The Fish Thali served during lunch is awesome..All Fish served was fresh and tasty!!
It is always a pleasure to dine at Kismoor. Even though it is located inside, the ride to the restaurant is always worth it. The owner, Mr Prasheel told us the about the journey, wherein Kismoor started as a takeaway joint and has now become the favorite dining spot of the locals.
The restaurant is vibrant and the Mario Miranda inspired murals on the wall giving it Goan vibes.
The staff is impeccably trained and the service is very quick. Kismoor is very much famous for their Seafood, and everytime that we have tasted it was always delicious and upto the mark. This time we tried their chicken dishes
We had
1. Crispy chicken: The quantity was ample and the chicken was juicy on the inside while maintaining the crunch on the outside, tossed in the delicious sauce.
2. Pepper chicken: The chicken was well cooked the salty peppery chicken went well with the pan tossed veggies.
3. Mixed noodles: The noodles were cooked to perfection and were served with stir fried veggies and prawns, chicken and egg. It was the perfect main to go along with the starters.
Food was tasty and the proce was reasonable i've tried prawn with garlic sauce as someone on maps reviews recommended it and it was very delicious.
Staff doesn't talk english but they will understand you.
This place serve wine and vodka also if you want.
My first indian food experience.
This place is famous for the goan fish thali which happens to be one of the best in town. You get fish curry mostly prawns, dry fish kismoor, a vegetable bhaji, and one surprise dish which which can be chicken masala or fish pickle depending on the season..
The fried fish was modso. They use really good and unique combination of spices which makes fish fry more tasty.
Finally you get sol kadi and serradura sweet dish which is my favorite.
Do visit this place.
