I am from united kingdom and i visited with my family.I had fish curry Thali which was excellent. I had mackerel tandoori which was fab. Would highly recommend anyone. You should visit once if anyone visits Goa.
We have order for Egg Biryani it was taste very Good&Qty it's okay.
I had ordered Chicken Biryani from this place, It wasn't a dum biryani but yes it Was a kindof tawa biryani with all Good spices used in making masala for Biryani and also the quantity was great. Should serve atleast 2 people.
Good food in generous portions at friendly prices. Lasooni Fish Tikka was terrific. Reduced a star for the Paneer Palak which was quite tasty and came in a nice silky texture, but strayed too far from the traditional taste.
Don’t expect fancy ambience at Pergola.
But, expect delicious good at humble pricing.

The crispy chicken has pieces thicker and longer than my fingers. The chicken lollipops are juicy and crispy. The best I’ve had around Panjim.
The chilli chicken has pieces that are big and not batter filled. While the garlic chicken is a mild coloured gravy and not the usual fiery orange. All in all both are beautiful.
Their fried rice is loaded with chicken while their chicken achari is loaded with the yum and tangy achar taste.
All in all a must try and bookmarked!
The name is so fancy, one has to actually google to find the meaning, the restaurant itself is very simple. There are no fancy bells and whistles. It is just a simple joint with good food at friendly pocket pinch.
Situated at the very heart of Panjim, this restaurant is easy to find. Staff behaviour is courteous enough, no complaints, clean ambience. The highlight is the food. Good quality chicken fried rice and chicken tikka masala. Pieces of chicken are as fresh and juicey they can be.
It is highly recommended to people looking for good food at decent price. Keep up the good work guys.
For the more than two years that we have been in Goa, have lost count of the number of times we have gone back to this restaurant. Non pretentious ambiance and superb food at unbelievable prices - what more does one need when hungry? Thank you, Pergola.
A pit stop everytime we come to goa. It's a bar and restaurant and has two sections one if the ground level and the other of the first floor. We always prefer sitting on the first floor section. This place is so reasonable and pocket friendly and amazing with sea food dishes . We always order the prawns machurian, goan prawn curry rice and king fish fry.. Prawn Manchurian is highly recommended and you must try it.
This is one good place to have ur tummy filled for lunch.
Situated nearby the panjim market. The atmosphere is not tat attractive nor the location. But taste wise its more tan wat u could expect. The prawns fry and the fish thalis are mind blowing.
In addition u can chill out with some nice liquor along with the tasty food. Prices are decent. Tis place is worth a visit for me.
First visit during lunchtime
Seating in first floor AC hall. Low ceiling with basic seating. Dont expect an ambience.
Its a small restaurant.
Food: delicious, reasonably priced and decent quantities. Their thalis are the highlight. We had Modso fish thali and Prawns Fish Thali. Prawns chilly fry was decent
We also really liked Crab Xec Xec.
My mother in law found the fried fish and prawns a bit more spicy (hitting the throat). Else we liked the food.

Small restaurant in Panjim. It's a pocket friendly place with decent food. We tried chonak tawa fry and beer, it goes well.. we went on weekday at around १२ so only gents were there, not sure if its good to go with family..
I like the place because we're regulars and are allowed to sit till late. Their food is also good and price is very reasonable. We love the hospitality of uncle and nephew, they are very good and do everything possible to make their guests happy 😊
