This restaurant is a gem of a find for lovers of fine food and cocktails. Thie food was among the best I have had in Goa in my years of travel to Goa. The cocktails were innovative and delicious. Prices although high are great value for the quality of food and drink. Service was polite, friendly and quick. The restaurant allows pets and the staff were very loving to our cocker Spaniel.

Petisco Kitchen and Bar at the Goa hotel is a culinary gem that left a lasting impression on me. The restaurant's ambiance is chic and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a delightful dining experience. The menu offers a tantalizing array of dishes, each expertly crafted with a blend of flavors that showcase the culinary artistry of the chefs. The staff's attentiveness and knowledge about the menu enhanced the overall enjoyment of my meal. Whether you're a local or a visitor, Petisco is a must-visit for those seeking a fusion of delectable cuisine and a stylish dining atmosphere in Goa.

Must Go Place in Panjim, Goa Petisco is just plain simple FABULOUS 😍. If you are in Panjim, Goa, you must go there. If you are in North Goa,you should go there. If you are in South Goa,you should go there. If you are not in Goa, you should go to Goa and go there. So, I went there knowing that it's an award winning restaurant and with high expectations; yet I was pleasantly surprised. Decor and lighting Very minimal, just about right. Lighting is done very strategically......good for both taking the food pictures and for seeing what you are eating. Music During my visit I heard no music. Not did I miss listening to it. It felt right. Wheelchair Accessibility Not wheelchair accessible....both the parking and restaurant. I generally give a star less if the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible but I've gone ahead and given this restaurant 5 stars......I hope the Dhuri brothers take note and make a provision for our specially abled friends. Service Sanad, attended to us and was extremely polite, attentive and knowledgeable. He made sure that we understood what we were eating. The order to table time for the starters, drinks and dessert was less than 10 mins. However, the main course took around 15 mins. Drinks I had ordered the Ultimate G&T and the Old Tom's G&T. Ultimate G&T was too good. Old Tom's G&T with strawberries was good as well but not as good as the former. Food Portion sizes are just right. Very competitively priced. Portion size allows patrons to have a 3 course meal and yet not feel bloated and full as well. I had roasted beetroot and poached pear, assorted mushrooms, herb and nut crusted pollenta and barre de chocolat. Everything was too good especially the pollenta and the poached pears. Keep it up Team Petisco. Manifesting my visit to Goa.

Petisco is a Tapas Restaurant, which serves small plates. We tried a few plates, some of which were very good, while others failed to create a mark. The cocktail was so-so. We tried a couple of items from the Christmas Menu. I would give Prawn A LA Plancha 5 out of 5. Chimichurri I would give 3.5/5. I had heard a lot of about this place and wanted to try for a long time. We had a family sitting next to us who were annoying and on the next table we had a couple of kids who were playing around our table. The fries were a hit. Hands Down one of the best item. We had a Strawberry 🍓 and Crema and we liked it,

This fine eatery is surely run by people with a passion for creating dishes that blend global techniques with local produce. The cocktails cover the gamut from subtle to strong. My wife’s Mezcal Margarita was smoky and punchy. I was driving and stayed with tonic water. Mussels were delicately steamed doused with a miso butter sauce. Coconut crusted calamaris rested on a bed of salsa. The bbq pork was simply divine - perfectly grilled, tender, not needlessly sweet. We finished off with pan fried mackerel - sitting atop a local variety of small cooked potatoes, nicely fried fish fillets, fennel, pepper slivers and a beurre sauce poured at your table. Splendid!

We had a really good time here! We highly recommend the cocktails (which are both good and beautiful) and the mozzarella dish! Full of flavors, the cuisine was affordable and amazing with a gentle staff. Highly recommended if stop at Panjim!

These guys know how to take you on a rollercoaster ride of tasteful flavours while sitting in the subtly lit ambient indoors of Petisco! Petisco's predecessor TATO have a rich history and have stood test of time to uphold the local cuisine and Petisco takes the bold step ahead with flying colours.. spearheaded by the younger generation. Every dish we ordered was distinct on its signature, From Prawns La Plancha to Steamed Mussels while keeping their original flavours and fusing with the local ingredients the confluence of varying spices and tastes makes every bite special..haha.. Cocktails were good as well although the hot toddy I felt coulve been better and served in a brandy glass.. Penicillin was great though, with a locally sourced cinnamon stick burned on its edge. Calamari was fresh and not rubbery and stale which many other places serve..Calamari when refrigerated for long looses it's taste and gets rubbery. The fish too was fresh and tasty. The limited menu speaks up for the freshness and authenticity of the meals which I would prefer any day. The breadfruit fritter and home made pasta are amazing vegetarian dishes.. Loved the overall feel and vibes .. pricing too is not through the ceiling it's a gem among Goan restaurants I should say.. :)

Located in the heart of the City of Panaji, this is an amazing place with decent ambience and amazing food! Tried mocktails, they were amazing! A watermelon mocktail and the punch! The lamb small plate was nice. The chicken bun was lip-smacking, loved the dil gnocchi. The prawns al a plancha was lovely! All were really good. One of the best things I liked was that they use locally grown vegetables like the red amaranthus (tambdi bhaaji) is some ot the dishes! The staff is warm and welcoming. The service and the vibe is lovely and we had a great time at lunch.

Great place - all the food and cocktails we ordered were unique and tasty. The dudol cocktail was to die for. I think it’s the tastiest drink I’ve had in Goa. The dishes were also great - the trio mushroom was yummy as were the breadfruit fritters! The chimmichurri was also done differently and quite scrumptious!

Went here on 21/10/23. One of the best fine dining restaurants I’ve been so far. Ambience was pleasant, tastefully lit, live music being played (added to the experience). Ordered a Mocktail ( cinnamon, apple). Was really good. We ordered the Petisco fried chicken, crisp, crunchy, well seasoned batter, with juicy chicken inside, was most excellent. Also ordered a homemade pasta (white sauce), the pasta itself was awesome ( not very thick and chewy, but light and flavourful). But the main culinary treat was the mushroom polenta, which was STELLAR. A cake of mushroom polenta (mushrooms, onion, and seasoning) with sauce at the side accompanied by chicken (optional and may not be required). Each bite pack full of flavour and an absolute treat to the taste buds. PURE BLISS. For dessert we had the blueberry cheese cake, which was chock full of blueberries with an excellent texture and taste. A delightful culinary experience. And the best part of all was to see familiar Konkani words on the menu which gave a really nice feeling, to be eating in a “Neez” Goan premium restaurant. Kudos to the Owner for coming up with this unique idea. Will definitely come here again.
