Better option for vegetarian with affordable price and ambience is good.

A good restaurant for vegetarians (especially for snacks) because they give varied choices with taste. Recently, they have increased their rates, but quality is lessened for soup. Main course has thick gravies and masalas which is not needed. I also don't recommend Paneer Chatpata because of its very sour taste and extremely thick gravy. You can try Swad Special for 2 diff gravies and better taste. Naan gets streched if not eaten hot. Tandoori Roti is very thick. In Chinese rice is not cooked well, so I don't eat Chinese ever at Swad. Overall a good resto for light snacks. But if you really want taste try any other resto.

Lovely ambiance, peaceful area, hygienic food, affordable price, pure veg restaurant food making so tasty mouth watering 🤤😋, highly recommended 😀

Very good family restaurant, I visited this one multiple times. Do try their paper dosa..it's big enough for 2 folks. And also chole bhature. Parking is bit tricky to find here..but doable! We didn't like their misal pav or options of ice-cream. And they do have some old furniture around like seats on sofa are on verge of tearing( that also shows how many customers visited this restaurant) 👍

Pure Veg Restaurant...that's why i Love this Place...But Food Quality is Nice, Its Very Tasty ...after the GST the price are increased of Food...Service Staff is Good.. Its a Open Hotel...so evening time you will face problem of Mosquito...!! AC room is also there...!!

On that day, they were short of staff. Every dish we ate , we enjoyed thoroughly... no feelings of " this could have been better , that could have been prepared differently." My wife and I were treated to the meal by my friend ; we asked his grown-up son to order . I do not know the item-wise prices nor the total bill amount.

Food quality is good. I used to have breakfast there like Poha, Upma with tea. Nice staff. Small parking space is also available in front of the restaurant. Good restaurant to visit with family. Fully packed on weekends.

we went to a restaurant named swad which is in khanda colony ..almost 10-15 mins from khandeshwar station via rickshaw..it is a great place for vegetarians. ..with good quantity and price . we order masala papad for starer which was super crispy and we had paneer crispy which was super delicious then for the main course we ordered paneer tikka masla, mushroom kadaie and butter naan. the taste was really good and for the desert we had chocolate ice cream . this place is usually filled with lots of customers.

Menu on Swiggy for this restaurant is not correct. This is a pure Veg restaurant whereas the Swiggy menu has non-veg items. Please update the menu correctly.

I called and booked a table. They made me wait for 1.5 hours. The place is good when comes to hospitality. But very poor Management. Heavily NOT RECOMMENDED.

We have been to this place a couple of times and like the simple and tasty food here. This is a veg restaurant hence the food doesn't have over the top masalas or spices.<br/><br/>We ordered Bhindi masala and Paneer Kolhapuri and they were both good. It was summer time and the Sweet lemon soda we got was refreshing.<br/><br/>The service is prompt and the staff is helpful. We had to kill some time as we were waiting for other to arrive and the waiter promptly offered to get the order only after I gave the nod.

Swad is quite famous amongst the masses in the Panvel area.<br/>It serves vegetarian and good food. We mostly indulge in chinese food. We love the chinese here. Paneer Manchurian and Mushroom Mamchurian are our absolute favourites.<br/>Also this place is great for morning breakfasts with really good uduppi breakfasts. In Khanda Colony One of the best Vegetarian Hotel. They have changed the interior which is impressive. As it was my uncle's b'day so we decided to celebrate it here. As we entered the restaurant I realized that the non AC section is not comfortable for family (more than 4). The waiter somehow manage to arrange a table for us as we were 6 of us.<br/><br/>We placed our order and as the food arrived I came to know that it was very difficult for the waiter to serve each and everyone so we decided to help ourselves, which I didn't appreciate at all. After we finished our dinner I requested the service guy for a finger ball, but he ignored. Then I asked him again for the finger ball then the other person from the service team says we don't have finger balls. I was shocked, but I let that go and moved to my billing process. After I paid the check, I asked the desk person that "why don't you have finger balls". He said the non AC section is quiet busy area so it's not possible for us to serve the finger ball; but we do have it in AC section' he added. So I said it's not appreciable, you should have enough of staff to arrange all this things; but instead of listening to me he was getting arrogant, which I didn't liked it so I decided to leave the restaurant.<br/>The non AC section is very small and non perfect for the family (more than 4). The food was also up to the mark. Had a worst experience.

Simply the Best!<br/>This restaurant is really famous for it's vegetarian food among people living in Khanda Colony. Been to this restaurant numerous times. Always packed with people. My usual order is pav bhaji or Butter roti with paneer side dish but this time we ordered Masala Papad, Butter Naan, Mushroom Kadai, and Jeera Rice.<br/>Everything was good in taste except butter naan was a bit chewy and hard. Service was spot on. Value for money food. I really enjoy visiting this place. A good decent restaurant for folks like me 🙂☺️🤗.

The quality of the food was average but has gone downhill recently. Now, it is just horrible. The service is OK though. The The AC room has good ambience.

Food is beauty... try their plain rice, it is as beautiful as those expensive jeera rice at costly restaurants... price is good for family/group, ambience could have been better, food quality is absolute at par... You should visit if u want good food with great price.. Great place for South Indian food, Rice dishes but not good for those fast food i.e. Pav bhaji, noodles etc..

Its an okay place. We order food from here.. i just like the veg maratha from this place. Rest is nothing unusual. The ambience is not worth going. Order at home.

Though the name is "SWAD"we find it very 100% of SWAD in the food . Brought Paneer Tikka Masala Parcel. Should have increased the quantity of paneer but gravies are good in taste. Only 3 to 4 Small pieces of cubical shape paneer.

Nice one, not for hi fi persons but the quality of food is superb. you will definitely enjoy if you are a food lover but if you are interested in ambiance then dont come here. My favourite.

South Indian food is very good. Other than that main course is a nightmare. Only good for snacks and nothing else. Not a place to visit with family as even the AC section is not maintained clean at all times.

south India food especially dosa is awesome, chola bhature is fingers liking and pav bhaji is also yummy.. rest food items are ok types. They accept food coupon.

Though the name is "swad"...we did not find even 1 % of "swad" in the food here ...service is quite fast but food tastes nothing more than below average but south indian food tastes relatively better here...the ac section is pathetically done .

The service is efficient and quick though. Talking about food the quantity is too less. Paneer tikka was served in a small handi with 5 small pieces ( Generally 7-8) <br/>The chilly Milly was good but again the quantity. the pav bhaji is tasteless.n unhygienic place makes it more worse

It is good as far as ambience is concerned. But the gravy of dishes is same after all. We have been there and first ordered a paneer baby corn and surprised to see no baby corn so when we complained to waiter then he said it got mixed. So we thought lets try another dish and ordered a veg kohlapuri. Guess what both gravies are exact replica just one is white and other is red in color. How can a chef don't know the basic difference between two dishes. So whenever u go just try only one dish and don't dare to find paneer in your dish.

Very small on space. Average quality food at reasonable rates. Don't know why they are trying to sell pizzas when they don't know how to make it. Though the South Indian dishes are okay.

Swad is namesake.... food quality is average, rates are far beyond the quality and quantity. You would barely find the Paneer in a Paneer dish. The food taste is not bad but indeed it is not worthy of calling delicious too.... and you end up paying way too much for all this.<br/><br/>Why one should visit here:<br/>1) Just because the place seems okay to take your family along.<br/><br/>Why one should NOT visit here:<br/>1) Rates<br/>2) Taste and Quatntity<br/>3) No Thali system.<br/>4) The quality is just about average.

A decent average down-the-road vegetarian restaurant. A separate AC chamber is also there. Quality of food is also like any other restaurant. It is average.
