The Kabab Factory offers a decent dining experience with its starters, which were quite good. However, it would be nice if they could add more BBQ and tandoor items to their menu. On the other hand, the main course was not as impressive. Moving on to desserts, they were delightful and satisfied the sweet tooth. The ambience of the restaurant was pleasant, although the sitting arrangement could be improved for more comfortable dining experience, especially for 4 seater tables.
One drawback was that the overall experience and food quality seemed slightly overpriced. Considering this, I would recommend visiting BBQ Nation or Absolute Barbeque instead, as they offer a wider variety of starters and better service. In conclusion, while The Kabab Factory has its strengths with enjoyable starters and delicious desserts, it falls short in terms of main course offerings and pricing.
Celebrated birthday party with family. The ambiance is very welcoming and premium. Delicious food and service. The taste and quality of Kebabs are top notch. This place is best in Patna if you want to have authentic Kebabs. Staff are extremely polite and professional. The restaurant manager is very humble, his customer service is very good. He introduced his main chef who is from Lucknow, that's why the Kebabs are too authentic. My full family had a great and memorable experience. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to dine with family and friends!! great five star ambience and great choice of food variety!! you will find something new like starter in server you shorba with especial bread !! it was great to taste in arabia style !! variety of barbecue kabab !! This is restaurant is tie up Radisson blue chain hotel as staff said !! nothing any authentic base !!
Nice supportive manner staff !! huge greeting from my side for their kind courtesy!! elite amenities like five star hotel ! Photogenic ambiance !! some missing thing asking to change like no drink included in buffet food price !! even water get extra charge ! 2:0 pm restaurant’s buffet opening time ! It, s caught me absurd system especially foodie guys can’t wait lunch till 2.0 pm !!
one food item salt is not appropriate caught me excess !! If you compare with other relatives food chain restaurant like barbecue Nation comparatively poor quality ! management must see food quality issue !! foodie people may disappoint to food options and relatively taste quality!! this is vey small things need to improve! over all it was my great experience with this new restaurant in patna city !! thanks to owner of this premise to avail us great choice of restaurant! I recommended all categories people to come here to get nice taste and ambiance!! five star service !!

Recently visited this newly opened restaurant in Patna which is renowned name across in India but abroads too .
Ambience : Very spacious, beautiful & ravishing place with modern, Mughal & contemporary touch. They have big separate dining table for family guests for approx 25 persons . You will find many corners for photography & selfies.
Now coming on food part. Whatever I have tasted here was really good & delicious. From mocktail to starter & main course to dessert; everything is a must try item. Their Shorba & bakarkhani is something you would never find anywhere else.
Service & hospitality is also prompt & standard.
N.B. : I visited on Tuesday so buffet was not available but they served everything on my table according to their Menu.
They have special inaugral 10% discount for Doctors & IGIMS staffs for their unparallel service during Covid.

Nice place to visit with friends and family members. IA great choice for those who likes privacy with their close ones. Food is great 👍. But ambience is little dark.
