Dear friends, I wanted to share my recent dining experience at BERCO'S restaurant that left me with mixed feelings. The establishment in question provided excellent service and boasted a pleasant atmosphere, and the food taste fell short of expectations. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, who promptly seated me and ensured my comfort throughout the meal. The waiters were attentive, knowledgeable, and readily available to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their professionalism and genuine interest in providing a positive experience were commendable. The restaurant itself had a charming ambiance, with tasteful decor and soft lighting that created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The seating arrangements were well-spaced, allowing for privacy while still maintaining a sense of openness. The overall environment lent itself well to both intimate gatherings and casual outings. However, despite the excellent service and pleasant surroundings, I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed by the food taste. I believe it's worth noting that taste preferences can vary greatly from person to person. What didn't quite satisfy my palate may be enjoyable for others. It's always worth exploring different dishes on the menu to find the ones that suit individual tastes. In conclusion, if you're seeking a restaurant with exceptional service and a pleasant environment, the place I visited is certainly worth considering. Although the food taste may be average, the overall experience was still enjoyable, and I believe it can cater to a range of preferences. For me it's the best restaurant for Chinese and Thai food. It really tastes amazing. Not only the food the service provided by the staff was best. They had a very kind gesture, especially the manager(Mr. Sandeep) he handled every kind of situation. He's nature was too good and liked the he treated all the customers. Must visit the restaurant!!

Very well time spent in BERCO’s restaurant with very good tasty foods. This restaurant is located near to Gandhi maidan - bakarganj road junction. The restaurant is very well maintained and all staffs are good & polite in nature. You can good views from the top. BERCO'S is a popular chain of restaurants in India known for its Chinese and Thai cuisine. They have multiple outlets across different cities in India, including Patna. BERCO'S is generally well-regarded for its wide variety of dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Beautiful and warm ambience. You will fall in love with the place setting and it's interior. You can try their Peach Ice Tea. Their dimsums are good and taste lipsmacking. I would recommend you to try Dimsums in Schezwan Sauce. And, also crispy corn pepper salt. It's taste good and was crispy. I won't suggest you Hakka noodles, as it taste little plain. And, the Indian Cottage Cheese in Black Pepper was also little sweet. You must try their Green Thai curry with steam rice which is one of their signature dish. And, for which it is known for. In dessert, you must try their Red Velvet, it was just amazing.

Not only does it make my stomach happy but it makes my soul giddy! This place very cozy and beautiful in size but always packed. I was so excited to find that it reopened after a lockdown closure. Last week we had #crispyvegetables in sweet-chilli sauce which is a super crispy and crunchy gravy/veggie dish🧆 I don’t care for spicy food so mine is more sweet but you can get spicy! Beware though Thai spicy is no joke! 🌶
