The staff is really helpful and nice, helped with everything we needed.
We arrived late at night and he was waiting for us so we could enter the room.
And kept our bags for us after check out
We had a wonderful stay in Om Sai Guest House. The manager Vishwanath was a wonderful person who made sure we were comfortable and took care of our needs instantly. He made our stay memorable and helped us out with renting our bikes and crafting our itinerary. The guest house was also located near a lot of eating joints and massage places. The location was great and was walking distance from the beach. A very budget friendly place, with good rooms and good bathrooms. Will recommend the place for a great stay!
A decent budget friendly guest house. Vishwanath is a great host, he took care of us really well. Clean rooms, close to the beach. No parking space for the car, but he was kind enough to give us his car parking place. The hotel has a tie-up with a nearby restaurant also, which is reasonably priced compared to other places in palolem.
The property is amazing.
Owner and manager both are gentle people and the caretakrr is also very polite.
I would say the best place to stay on palolem.

My room, with its interesting decor, was spotlessly clean and had all the basics including a surprisingly comfortable bed and properly fixed bathroom fittings. Vishwanath is such a kind and friendly host; there was nothing that was too much trouble. Being in town rather than on the beach over Christmas and New Year turned out to be fortuitous as the beach was very noisy! None of which reached the quiet of Om Sai.
If you looking for a pocket pinch, pleasent, beach proximity stay with all basic amenities, restriction free access and amazingly beautiful hospitality, Om Sai Guest House at Palolem is definitely the place to consider.
Mr. Vishwanath takes care of every small little thing that you need. He's extremely cooperative and ensures you have the best in his den. There's provision for both balcony as well as non-balcony rooms as well as AC/Non AC rooms. The jot shower takes care of your post sea bath and the refrigerator ensures you have a chilled drink. We did not have any issues with parking as well.
The only downside remains lack of place to dry your clothes and some rain water gushing into the front door (only when it rains heavily).
Overall, it was indeed a pleasant experience and the place is being offered at extremely reasonable price, given both the location as well as the amenities that it offers.
We happily recommend this place for a stay to enjoy your holidays.

We stayed there from 15th Dec to 18th Dec, 2021 and we were really fortunate to have booked a good hotel and that too just 200m from Palolem beach. It was a perfect stay I would call. We were 4 of us and the person Vishwanath Naik was down to earth helpful person. He just made our trip awesome and memorable. Rooms are spacious, clean and damn perfect hospitality services at a budget price. We really enjoyed a lot there and he also helped us in other activities like covid testing, bike renting, car renting, cab services and other tourist locations at a budget price. If you are looking into South Goa and Palolem and I would suggest go for it. You are gonna have a good time there with best hospitality services at a budget price.

We were very much fortunate that we found this guest house for our stay with affordable price on peak time (30th dec -1st jan ).It was good .Well maintained Clean room with balcony .Very close (200m) to palolem beach .Service Facilities were fine .The owner & Viswanath are very helpful and friendly person .
