Bang for every buck. Don't go there expecting great ambience. Go there to eat a no frills, delicious meal. I have been going there since around a year mainly for lunch and everytime this place sends me to food coma. May be cz I end up eating too much of podi-rice-ghee combo 😂 along with sambar and assorteed vegetable curries. The potato fries they give during lunch are really good. For dinner they have mainly various versions dosas, upma, appam etc. The pesrattu and Mysore masala dosa are highly recommended. If you like spicy food, the food is there to die for. The chutneys are heavenly.
The service is great and servers are nice people. Don't miss this place, if you like South Indian food in general and Andhra food in specific.

For payment they accepts cash and we have to take coupons for meals.
The meal was quite satisfying and the taste of every dishes were good.
We had lunch here. Rice served in banana leaf with podi along with ghee, dal curry, sambar, rice and butter milk, really enjoyed a south Indian meal. Hotel is small but the food taste is very nice. Since they don’t have UPI payment option, its better to keep money and have nice food there…

The best place in Pondicherry for Andhra tiffins and meals. No where else you will find the authentic taste and variety of dishes served here. Neat premises inside, friendly staff and pocket friendly. Only downside is no parking available for your vehicles as it is a narrow street, try to reach by walk.
Amazing and authentic place to eat Andhra food in the French town of Pondicherry. Every item is well thought off and comes from its roots in Andhra like kadappa dosa. They also ensure that nothing is made using preservative. And everything is made fresh. And if you are a tourist and traveling from outside you can have the owner lady called Suguna attention and hospitality.
I used to be a regular customer at Andhra Meals in Chennai. However in Pondicherry, I consistently miss the vegetable pakoda and chilli thuvayal that I loved. Aside from that, the food and service here are still excellent.
One of the good hotel on pondicherry. I have been going to this hotel from the starting ,nearly 12 years. The taste is till now same. The dishes will be like andhra style. There will be more extra spicy. Tuesday ,thursday and Wednesday they will make Peanet chutney, try to taste on that date. Try kuzhi panniyaram, lassi,baesarat etc. Cost is normal . They started providing lunch few days back. Spicy peoples can prefer this hotel. You will like it.
