This is a good seafood option on ECR.
FOOD- we tried masala prawns appetizers which were good. We also had prawns curry and fish curry served with rice which were both good.
SERVICE- It's a bit slow, but staff is good.
AMBIENCE- Breezy & cool
This restaurant is located very close to auroville beach.
It is a small place but the the host and the staff are very courteous. The food is very well cooked and very flavorful. You should ask the host for some recommendations.
We had roasted crab and fish curry with steam rice. Both the dishes had such different flavours and were both equally amazing.
And, it is very pocket friendly.

Great for seafood combinations!! referred by many and had chance to be there with our team of French, Georgians, Africans and of course me too..the food was really good!!..especially whole grilled fish and chicken varieties!! all our team members were enjoyed the food and the price was very normal...guys just try this restaurant, though it is small but very neat n clean...better call them and inform your choices...they will give you the best...Thanks for the support and Day Trip arrangements by the owner!!
I am very upset because there is only 5 rating. They shud have given at least 10 rating. We r glad that we met the chef Sathish who made the awesome marvellous mouth watering food to make our Pondicherry trip more memorable. To add to it the service of the hotel is extraordinary. The place is near to beach and easily accessible. I have ordered squid lemon pepper fry and crab masala which according to me was really tasty. Talking about service it was not satisfactory as they took very long to take order. Other than that the place is great. You should definitely try it.
Located in the first floor, it's a small but we'll kept restaurant. Pricing was nominal. No complaints with the food. Tried sea food and it was good. They could consider adding some dishes for the kids. Overall nice experience.
Had fish curry and vegetarian meals at Orams for lunch today, Rs. 90 per meal. Fish curry, rasam, and porayal were very good. Very clean and attractive dining room, with friendly and fast service. The place was busy, which is a good sign, with many families eating there. It offers a good variety of seafood dishes, biriyanis, breads, and some north Indian dishes. I'll definitely be returning to Orams to try more items on their menu. Eager to try their Malabar fish curry.
