This place serves the BEST frappes. Took a sip of their cold coffee and I knew it cant get better than this. The quality is so amazing, seems worth the price. And being in JWM, ambiance is obviously great
Loved the pbc frappe and the Dutch truffle that we ordered . The nachos were really great at quantity . The food quality is amazing .There is an seating arrangement both inside and outside . The ambience is pleasant and sound . Although the service was a bit slow and we had to wait too long for the bill.
Shakes are upto the mark and Hot coffees are also good. The Ambience here is pretty heart warming. Chocolate Frappe tastes great.
Nice place for a quick sandwiches, salads and coffee. Highly recommend the Caesar salad, Ham and cheese sandwich and tuna salad sandwich. The seasonal mango croissant are fabulous.

I have never seen a more decent cafe with such a small scale budget for a 5 star hotel.
I would not miss if i could go there daily for a cup of coffee and the lovely dessert and cakes and pastries that they provide .
I am sure i don’t have to mention about their service. Of course its the lavishness along with taste. This baking cafe is situated inside JW MARRIOT - everyone is very kuch familiar with the chain of this 5 star hotel in multiple cities. They have the PUNE BAKING CO cafe inside this hotel . On the ground floor next to waiting lounge .
They have valley Parking as well , so no need to wordy for your car .
They have very classy ambience and sitting place . Have automation washrooms and the ambience to click some pictures too.
One can definitely chill and relax and take the advantage of the service provided by them in a 5 star hotel .

Great place. Amazing ambience, both outdoor and indoor seating is available. The bakery items are must try. You should definitely try the chocolate frappe, strawberry frappe and the PBC frappe whenever you visit this place. Outdoor seating is surrounded by tress and filled with greenery. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. A Marriott truck is det up outside which offers road side food, the truck is open only in the evening. The Dutch truffle is amazing. Salads are also offered here. Make your own sandwich is available in which you get to chose what type of bread do you prefer and the veggies to put inside the sandwich, both vegetarian and non vegetarian options are available.
Located at sb road this cafe is at the ground floor of the JW Marriott hotel. The best thing and my all time favorite to order here is the frappes they have. The staff is very good and polite and they also help you with the menu. The ambience is no doubt very good. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu has a variety of beverages and dishes. They also have some books and I just love going here and sitting with a book alongside a cup of cappuccino. I surely recommend this place.
So we are celebrating my one friends birthday, in PBC to come here. It's wonderfull experience, good comfortable seating and specialy good ambition, and quality service by special server Rohit Mune thanks to them .

Everything is great here except for the service where I felt it could have been better specially when you house the cafe within a 5 star Hotel.

One of the best patisserie in the city. Housed within and run by the JW Marriott's pastry chef's, PBC never disappoints. If you're value conscious, head here post 9 p.m. and before closure time for a happy hour 50% discount on ALL food items only. Much recommended is their take on the Chocolate Feuillant... Truly decadent.
