Review Le Plaisir - Pune

I've visited this place several times and every time I leave with good memories. I love this place with my whole heart. I keep bringing my friends to this place and they love it too now. The food is delicious, good quantity, great service and reasonable prices. No matter what I get the dishes are always fire. I recently tried the lamb bolognese and potato wedges which are to die for. Also, the three cheese pasta is a must try. It has a nice and calm vibe which makes you feel so comfortable and cozy.

A go to on Friday nights for early dinner before the place gets packed at around 8:00-ish. Fabulous food options. Loved everything we have been ordering. Even planning to be back there this weekend. A lot of the veg options are amazing. The macaroons were quite disappointing as they missed the mark on the texture. I found it too hard. Service is quick, and staff are very attentive and efficient. Place is cozy but the acoustics are quite poor. It becomes really noisy with the echoes when the restaurant gets packed.

Very chill and fun vibe , the servers and service is on point . They food is amazing . Especially the French toast , pink sauce pasta , and frappe . During rush hours you might have to wait a little but it’s worth it . La plasir can definitely find a solution towards their parking issue , it’s not very easily available

This place is a must try Firstly because it does great justice to the quantity. The dishes are loaded size wise. For the first time, I had a salad which dint add lettuce leaves for filling up the plate. It was delicious and if one person is eating, is good to go even with just the salad. There is just nothing that I can criticize about this place. The device was super fast. On and all, I will give a generous 10/10 to this place and go back again!

Located in one of Pune's most historic and lush neighborhoods, this cafe offers pure delight. Its European-style bistro setting, adorned with enchanting decor, is complemented by delectable cuisine. We indulged in their savory crepes, pasta, and more, and it was unquestionably a worthwhile experience. A definite destination to explore!

Good mix of taste and ambience. Although the wait time was too much but the taste of these delicacies compensated it. Must try Espresso Panna Cotta and Walnut Cheesecake and among the Big plates Pan Seared Fish.

This place has garnered legendary status. Having just moved back from London in 2016, I used to visit this place so often because it was the only cafe I knew which served flat whites and chill vibes. Recently I visited again and was treated to the most delicious menu. 100% must visit!

Superlative fine dining experience with perfect ambience, food and service. Couldn't have asked for more. Saw them serve a sick child who vomitted, with lot of love and concern, it made me feel happy to see. My sons also enjoyed the experience.

Le Plaisir Pune is a delightful escape into a world of European-inspired culinary finesse. From the moment you step in, the ambiance exudes a modern charm that effortlessly transports you to a bustling European café. The culinary journey here is nothing short of extraordinary. The food is a symphony of flavors, meticulously prepared with an unwavering commitment to quality. Each dish is a masterpiece, and what's even more commendable is that you receive precisely what is promised on the menu. This level of consistency is a testament to the kitchen's dedication to excellence. The service at Le Plaisir is a well-oiled machine. The staff is not only efficient but also radiates professionalism and warmth. They are knowledgeable about the menu and offer great recommendations, enhancing the overall dining experience. Now, onto the downsides. The ambient noise level can be a tad high, which might not be everyone's cup of tea for an intimate conversation. Additionally, the absence of dedicated parking might require a bit of extra planning, but trust me, the culinary journey is well worth it. In summary, Le Plaisir Pune is a gem in the heart of the city, where every bite is a celebration of taste and every moment is an experience to cherish. Despite minor inconveniences, the overall experience is nothing short of exceptional. If you're in search of a European-style modern café that doesn't compromise on quality, Le Plaisir is the place to be.

My all time favourite. Food is top notch considering the taste as well as quality of the ingredients. Service is pretty quick and staff is helpful. Cozy ambience. All time crowded and need to struggle to get parking as well as table. Please try panna cotta and cheese cakes.

Good food, not great for the money , certain dishes are really good in taste like grilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes and the ambiance is good as well. The Rose Chamomile tea is worth having, while the prices are kind of high, I am sure the experience and the taste counters that especially if you are with your family and loved ones, could be actually worth it. I would recommend Le Plaisir !!

No doubt the best place to have continental food in Pune. Read many negative reviews that quality is degraded etc. but I didn’t feel that, it is exactly the same how it used to be and serving most scrumptious food. Do try anything from the menu and be sure of tasting it the best you can get in Pune. Personal favourite: Aglio olio, grilled chicken, espresso panna cotta, pizza.

Posting the picture of a classic chocolate mousse that I tasted here. And where do I start - It was just beautiful. More like an edible piece of art. Layers of smooth chocolate mousse covering the perfect moist cake and nuts on the top that gives an extra crunch to every bite. Still drooling. A must visit place for people with a sweet tooth. They have a good variety of cakes, pastries, macaroons etc. and an elaborate menu consisting of other food items. The ambience is warm and nice. The service is quite fast too. Overall, this place won’t disappoint you. 5 stars for Le Plaisir. Keep up the amazing work.

Little loud, some food slow to arrive- 3 of us were basically finished before the last person got their sandwich. Saying that, the food was EXCELLENT! Enjoyed every bite of everything ordered. Normally I don't eat coleslaw, but it was really good. We were too stuffed for dessert but had to try the panna cotta which did not let us down. Will be back!
Sagar Chamoli
A good place to explore if you have a sweet tooth 😉 Though on the pricer side but the price is worth it. They have a soothing ambience and the service is fast as well.

Restaurant: Le Plaisir Dishes: Espresso PannaCotta, Earl Grey, Pizza Rating: 4.7/5 I recently had the pleasure of dining at Le Plaisir, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. I tried out their Express Panna Cotta and Earl Grey, as well as indulged in their scrumptious pizza. The restaurant left a lasting impression on me with its delectable food and efficient service. Starting with the desserts, the Express Panna Cotta was an absolute delight. The texture was perfectly creamy and smooth, while the flavors were rich and balanced. It was evident that attention was paid to every detail, making it a decadent treat that left me craving more. Accompanying the dessert was the Earl Grey, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The aroma of the tea was captivating, and the taste was soothing and refreshing. It was apparent that they used quality tea leaves to brew this flavorful cup of Earl Grey. Moving on to the pizza, it was undoubtedly a highlight of the meal. The pizza had an enticing thin crust that was crispy on the edges yet tender in the middle. The toppings were generous and of high quality, making each bite burst with flavor. Whether it was the gooey cheese or the perfectly cooked vegetables, everything came together to create a delightful and satisfying pizza. One aspect that stood out during the dining experience was the quick service. Despite the restaurant being busy and packed, the staff efficiently managed the orders, and the food was served promptly. The attentive and friendly service added to the overall positive experience. However, it is worth mentioning that due to its popularity, the restaurant can get quite crowded, and you might have to wait for a bit to get a table. Nevertheless, the delicious food and excellent service make it worth the wait. In conclusion, Le Plaisir has secured a prominent spot on my list of favorite cafes. The Express Panna Cotta and Earl Grey impressed me with their taste and quality. The pizza was an absolute winner, and the quick service was a pleasant surprise. If you're looking for a delightful dining experience with excellent food and a bustling ambiance, I highly recommend giving Le Plaisir a visit.

We tried varies dishes out of which pasta would be much recommend dish, specially pesto was amazing can literally taste basil and nuts used in preparation, pizza was lil disappointment, too much flour used to roll the dough, burger was the star of all dishes made with sour dough, crispy fried yet very juicy chicken patty along with the sauce was just perfect! Iced mochha is the beverage to go for!

We had a delightful experience at this place. The food, although costly, is worth every penny. Amazing variety and very cool way of preparing and serving food. Wait staff is very polite. Ambiance is fantastic. There's a reason why this place is always overwhelmed with crowd. Panna Cotta dessert is what I would recommend. Recommended place for all age groups. Must try

Always wanted to try this place, but the long queue got me looking for other options. Today finally, I resolved queue or not am here, and I was not disappointed. The staff is courtesy, that's rare in the city, lately. They are well informed on the cusiene, even rarer. The place itself is neat and clean with good music which is just right and thankfully you can have an conversation. The food is delicious, the pasta with no cream, cooked in olive oil, with herb butter on the side was filling and arguably the best I have had in the recent past. The grill chicken was sumptuous. Finished the meal with the signature blue berry cake. Am hooked to be a regular here. P.S would help if you took reservations for large groups (8 or more)

It is an superb place for pasta lovers i liked the taste n the flavours n the presentation we taken angolia olia n 3 cheese pasta with crispy chicken legs the only thing which i didnt like is the quantity ... They serve one portion only in the plate and the cost is nearby 400rs which is i didnt like but service and ambieance was very cool ....

This restaurant is the only one in Pune which gave me the taste of European dishes. I have been lucky to spend a good amount of time in various parts of Europe and some of the dishes just got replicated here. The restaurant manages queue quite efficiently (max 15-20 mins waiting when it is full & busy). The best part is their cheesecakes; again one of the best I have had. The staff is very friendly and they include all service tax/service charges into their dishes; this is something all restaurants should emulate. Wonderful experience!!!

Food to die for, a beautiful ambience and really good service! Definitely one of the best restaurants in Pune! I have fallen in love with their Potato Wedges, Cous-Cous, Pink Sauce pasta and Sachertorte. I've heard that their Espresso Pannacotta is a gastronomic delight. Looking forward to eating it sometime! I would highly recommend Le Plaisir to those who like European cuisine and desserts.

First of all I made my first omelette when I was 7, hence I am foodie and cooking till now so I know what efforts one has to take to tingle, mingle and satisfy taste buds of a person with different views, likes, moods and even up bringing, but LE PLAISIR is doing this delicious magic effortlessly. No matter what you order may it be Harissa grilled chicken or blueberry cheese cake or almond honey crepe LE PLAISIR surprise your taste buds. Now why not 5 stars! Cause for me, and I say again for me rates are bit higher. But when you get a piece of artwork in your platter its stupidity of asking price (its just I can't go there each and everyday) Thanks a lot for serving with smile and courtesy every time! Warm regards Prasad Ozarkar (Pozz)

This place is haven for people who love good food. Words wont decribe it. Go on and take a tour of how food heaven looks like. If you are in Pune, Le plasir is a place u wont wanna miss !!

Le Palasir has never disappointed us. We just love this place for the sheer variety of continental options and it's well thought over ambiance. Guys, just a quick suggestion how about adding sugar free options in your iced tea and making one or two dessert options using sugar free. So people like us can really dig in, instead of sighing by looking at lip smacking macaroon from a distance.
Shahnaz Botawala Sharma
We ordered multiple things and they were all excellent! Prompt service, relaxed ambience and amazing food. Sadly the macaroons were not as tasty as the rest of the meal.

I only went there and convinced my friends to join me there for the one and only reason...it's the cheese cake. I just loved it. A must for everyone who has been to that place.

A few years ago - my daughter took me to a cute little unpretentious eatery called Le Plaisir on Bhandarkar Road Pune. I loved the continental food over there. Today - Le Plaisir is a posh cafe on Prabhat Road. The food and ambience is excellent. I wish Le Plaisir offered WiFi to customers - which has become the norm in good restaurants.

I just miss those Monday lunches at one of Pune's most preferred destination for European cuisine, I am talking about none other than "Le Plaisir"<br/>Be it there muffins or their to die for desserts, everything was cooked and presented perfectly...<br/>I am a vegetarian while my husband is a hardcore non vegetarian which made tasting almost everything on their menu that much easier...<br/>I would just like to list a few of our favourite dishes at this place<br/>1. Sticky pork ribs<br/>2. Harissa grilled chicken<br/>3. Cuscus small plate<br/>4. Espresso panna cotta ❤️<br/>5. Three cheese pasta<br/>6. Cinnamon cappuccino<br/>7.choco-banana milkshake

One of the reasons why we love visiting Pune every few months. Hands down the best cafe in Pune, everything that we tried here was phenomenal. It is known for its espresso panna cotta which is a must try dessert along with the classic New York cheesecake and the Hazelnut cheesecake, we also tried the Sachertorte. In the mains we tried the Harissa Grilled Chicken with mashed potatoes & assorted veggies and the roast chicken with mashed potatoes & chicken jus which was great as well.

the panna cotta had a perfect texture. and the sugar tasted perfectly buttery. the ambiance is superb. highly recommended

Normally I like the food here, but the creamy chicken pizza was not creamy and very dry and too spicy. The tittle of the dish should be chicken jalapeno pizza - it was just plain hot and dry

This place is a hot spot for young people and has a very lively vibe. Had heard a lot about it from many Pune friends so gave it a try.<br/><br/>FOOD- 3/5<br/>The food was delicious but little towards costly side given the portion size. <br/><br/>Dishes tried-<br/>Pink sauce pasta with roasted chicken- 2.5/5<br/>The pasta was cooked well and the chicken was roasted well but the sauce was more tangy so it didn't taste that creamy.<br/><br/>Garlic butter prawns- 4/5<br/>Creamy buttery prawns full of garlic flavour exactly how I wanted.<br/><br/>Espresso Panna cotta- 5/5<br/>Most creamy amazing Panna cotta with strong but delicious flavour of coffee. I could bet that anyone who likes coffee dessert will love it.<br/><br/>Macaroons- 3.5/5<br/>A bite dessert such as macaroons is a good option after a heavy meal.<br/><br/>AMBIENCE- 4/5<br/>I visited it on new year's eve for dinner and the place was packed. But the ambience and the vibe made me happily wait until we got our table.<br/><br/>SERVICE- 4/5<br/>The staff is really good and helpful. Well coordinated and good at service.<br/><br/>PRICE- 3/5<br/>It was little expensive given the portion size but few dishes were worth visiting again for.<br/><br/>

A great place around Deccan Gymkhaana area to enjoy the evening with friends.<br/><br/>We had two of my their most favorite dishes named:<br/><br/>1) Hazelnut Cheesecake <br/>2) Espresso Pannacotta<br/><br/>The cheesecake was perfectly cheesy and just melted in the mouth .It was having a nice flavor of hazelnut and the best part was the crushed hazelnut topped over the. cheesecake.<br/><br/>And the panna cotta was Espresso flavored one,it was nicely smooth and silky. The coffee and panna cotta we’re properly blended together.

I had ordered herb crusted chicken supreme. It came in really nice packaging. The sour lemon dressing and peri peri mayo paired with herb crusted chicken on the bed of thin long slices of zucchini n carrot....it was too good to be true..sorry I could not add photos as I was hungry and devoured it all. I suggest you guys should add word "Keto-friendly" in the description of this particular dish. I started keto diet and was planning to order keto food on last day. Since there is lockdown in couple of days, I chose to order today itself. This dish had all one could eat on keto without any alterations. Thank you..

Presentation:  It looked so delicious when it was served. And tasted the same. <br/><br/>Taste: It was super delicious. Enjoyed a lot. I had tasted macaroons for the first time and they were really unique. <br/><br/>Texture: The pasta just melted in my mouth. The bacon was slightly chewy but tasted amazing. The chicken sandwich was was too good. <br/><br/>

Fantastic surprise! Complimentary macaroon with my order of equally delicious New York and blueberry cheesecakes!

Over-priced disappointing..no vegetables were there where it was told that olives, cherry tomatoes, etc are there in standard dish...it was hardly there...was asked if I wanted extra vegetables which was of course at extra charge and I said no...For Rs 400 for this dish, was expecting more than just boiled spaghetti and almost negligible vegetables...pathetic...also Espresso Panna Cotta, highly disappointing desert both in taste and quantity for Rs 300...it’s a rip-off really...Not recommended at all...Save your money in these tough times rather than going to this over-priced and over-rated place...felt cheated really...

I ordered pink sauce pasta and the delivery was obnoxious. <br/>There was no sauce , the pennes were dry . It was tasteless. Very bad experience. Wish for money back .

During the period of lockdown I called on there given number to place my order for pickup as in pune curfew starts at 7 PM. The person who was taking orders asked me to call back twice as he was busy when I called back.. he said it's just 6 PM in not so nice way... They should appointment atleast 2 people to take order on call during this time atleast..And no wonder they didn't call back to take the order. We love the food of le plaisirs but I definitely need to say that people over there should reconsider the customer service they are providing.. Otherwise they are nice when the restaurant is open...
Sandeep
As usual, Le Plaisir delivered the best food. The food was warm, fresh and so good!!! Loved the sandwiches, risotto, soup. Thanks for opening up for Delivery in the current situation.

Le Plaisir never disappoints you. Each time I visit, the food and experience only gets better. Their breads, salads and pasta is awesome but what really needs to be mentioned here specially is their dessert section. <br/>If you are kind who look forward to a good cheese cake or an authentic slice of dark chocolate cake; then you must visit Le Plaisir. <br/>The service is quick, staff is polite and well equipped to help you and the portions are just right. The restaurant does not have space for parking hence park your car in one of the lanes or use a Taxi or Auto.

Yo,I love this place but u guys need to get on the safety..sanitized kitchen, temp check & rider wash?

Le Plaisir has been one of my most favourite place in Pune for European and italian cuisine. Have been here a countless number of times and still cant get enough of it. <br/>Recommended and must try dishes<br/><br/>Harissa Grilled chicken - 5/5 it is so delicious. The chicken is cooked to perfection and the mashed potatoes are extremely mouth melting<br/><br/>Garlic bread with cheese -4/5 Can never go wrong with this one<br/><br/>Aglio olio pasta - 5/5 flavours are bang on<br/><br/>Roast chicken breast w/ mash and chicken jus - 5/5<br/><br/>Chicken roulade w/ porcini & pepper sauce<br/><br/>The place also has an amazing range of desserts to try. All in all, if you are in Pune you have to visit this place.
Riddhi
One of the best italian in town. Also, don't forget to try macaroons. They're ao delicious here. Missing all of it due to lockdown. Marking a visit here as soon as the lockdown is lifted.

Amazing place for European style food!! Its a perfect choice for any meal you want - breakfast, lunch or Dinner. The menu is very elaborate and it's difficult to be able to taste everything in a single visit :( <br/>What I loved the most? Watermelon Feta Cheese salad, Panacotta dessert, Dark chocolate sachertorte, sour dough bread with garlic butter mushroom.
Sagar Gunwani
The service is slow , the presentation is good , there is no menu card so that is a big negative point , but the taste of desserts is really good.<br/>Food in general is good , but desserts are the star of the show here ! 4/5

It's a good place to hangout with friends. The ambience is quite comfortable. The food is slightly overpriced. The cheese cake was dry.<br/>Expresso pana cotta was good.<br/><br/>Food: 3.5/5<br/>Ambience: 4/5<br/>Service: 4/5

Lovely place in Deccan. To hangout with friends. You will encounter a lot of young crowd. The food is delicious. I tried the aglio olio which was perfectly made. And I had the spiced hot chocolate which was divine!
Sana Anjum Siddiqui
In terms of space the place has plenty. Two floor seating and always packed. <br/>They do not book tables via zomato or by calling directly. The reason could be they have so many customers coming in. <br/>We did not mind waiting for 10 mins. <br/>I found all young crowd there. That i think is because of it's location amidst universities. <br/>The only thing i felt was the people were not behaving as in shouting their throats out and we were having difficulty talking and hearing across table. Music was slow.<br/>As recommended i had to eat Harissa chicken breast with mashed potatoes and veggies. It was pretty good. It was under small plates so quantity was less. This was delish. The seasonsing on chicken was ofcourse the show stealer. It had a hint of tanginess. Very tender. <br/>Then we had Chicken Roulade with Porcini & Pepper Sauce which was not as per our liking. <br/>Espresso Panna Cotta was flan like dessert with caramel stick and powered, crumbly coffee mix on sides. I have not had such dessert in my life. I am glad i was made to eat it. <br/>For cafe lovers this place is a bliss.

Best cheese cake in town. The test rolls on test buds. Texture is best. Cherry on top for jelly. Awesome flavor. Recommended.
Rashi Manocha
The place is extremely overpriced. Highly dissatisfied with the quantity and taste of every item served. Whether it was pesto sphagetti, chicken mayo sandwich, butter garlic prawns, chicken sausages. The quantity was so less I feel looted! And food was extremely weirdly sour. Hot chocolate was the only item i do not regret ordering, it was extremely good.
Meghna Desai
Their breakfast menu is amazing. The eggs Benedict, the French toast are exceptional.
Samruddhi Barde
The order was wrongly delivered twice. But third time we the correct order. Food was amazing.

This is where I've had the best cheesecake yet till date. Between the hazelnut and blueberry cheesecake I'd recommend the former. The cheesecake literally just melts in the mouth. The macron on the other hand didn't live up to our expectations. Nevertheless, the cheesecake made it up for the not-so-worth-macrons.
Bhushan Bhagat
Le plaisir <br/>This place in pune serves delicious Italian cuisines! The ambience is just woww!😍<br/> The hazelnut cheesecake is literally the besttt I’ve ever had! It was soo soo delicious <br/>Also had their blueberry cheesecake and obviously even this was soo good!<br/>The food also comes in good quantity and the staff is also really kind<br/>This place is worth visiting!

I have been to this place on multiple occasions, as this is my wife's favorite destination for the Espresso Panna Cotta..Have had their Macaroons, Cheese Garlic Bread and Aglio Olio Pasta on every visit which taste the same every single time..Highly Recommend Le Plaisir

Great place , Nice ambience, Delicious food<br/>We ordered parmesan cream sauce pasta, Garlic bread with cheese, Peri peri fries and Hazelnut cheese cake and frappe<br/>Food is super tasty, really liked hazelnut cheese cake.<br/>It's place worth visiting again & again<br/>PS: They don't have menu card 😄

This place truly is a heaven for people who love European food but it's not everyone's cup of tea. I would say for us this place turned out to be okay.<br/><br/>The ambiance is rustic and on weekends the place is crowded. But thanks to their quick service people move in & out in a jiffy.<br/><br/>The menu is nice with several options in each section like Appetizers (Small bites), Main course (Big bites) & Desserts.<br/><br/>Now, the desserts on display are so appealing in look that one would like to order everything 😀<br/>We settled on 2 kinds of macarons - Lamington & Salted Caramel. Macarons were good but I have had better ones though I must mention that flavour of Salted Caramel was excellent.<br/>Another dessert that ended up on our table was Chocolate & Earl grey cup cake. It had nice flavour of Earl grey tea and was perfectly balanced.<br/><br/>For mains we tried Veg Risotto which was very good but portion size was a little small.<br/>Next we had Cottage Cheese brioche with pesto. This was really good, had a thick slice of succulent cottage cheese, nicely spread pesto sauce & was accompanied with pickled salad.<br/>Another mains was Muffin Ratatouille and this was a bit of a let down for us. We didn't like the taste much.<br/><br/>As sides we had Peri Peri Fries and this for me was the star dish. Fries were nicely coated in peri peri and were super crunchy.<br/><br/>Please note this rating is purely based on the kind of taste we prefer but for some this place could be mind blowing.

Best place<br/><br/>Le Plaisir Excellence cafe is a beauty addition<br/>Beautiful place with good ambience. Decorative lights and best sitting arrangement overall cafe is amazing<br/><br/>Start with the food I had Pannacotta -Panna cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and molded. The cream may be aromatized with coffee, vanilla, or other flavorings.<br/>I just loved it<br/><br/>Any meal incomplete without desserts.<br/>Overall experiences are best.

This place serves delicious Italian cuisines. I was in love with the hazlenut cheese cake and one of my favorite. Ordered Pink sauce pasta which was delicious and yummy. The quantity and quality of food they serve is with proper proportion.<br/><br/>Service and ambience add extra points to this place. Would highly recommend this place to all the foodie people in the city.<br/><br/>Do follow me on Instagram for many such places to explore in the city.<br/><br/>https://www.instagram.com/fo0die_vibes

Probably one of my favorite restaurants in the country, yeah, I said it, everything here is consistently good. The ambience is great and it was a visit-on-a-sunday-morning vibe to it. It costs around 1200-1500 for two people (including one dish and a dessert per person)<br/><br/>The harissa grilled chicken steak, french beans and almond salad, pasta bolognese, chicken breast with mashed potato just to name a few are all standout dishes.<br/><br/>The real star however are the desserts; espresso panna cotta, which is probably the most well balanced dessert if you are a coffee lover and hazelnut cheesecake (no joke, is the best cheesecake I have ever had....including other countries). They can get more desserts on their menu though.<br/><br/>Their rating speaks for itself but it's a place worth visiting again and again

The ambience is great, so is the music selection. The process to ordering food requires great eyesight as there are no menus provided at the table. I tried the frappe, which was good. The peri peri fries, which were good as well, but the rub was only chilli powder and salt, not peri peri. The aglio olio spagetti, this was a dish i had high hopes from. But i was served with spaghetti floating over a pool of milky olive oil. Chef clearly expected America to invade.

Pasta was amazing

Le Plaisir is a great place to hang out with buddies. The menu for me seems a tad limited, I had pretty much tasted everything on the menu by my 2nd trip. <br/>My favorites - The Harissa Chicken, its amazing! and is a constant on my order list, on every visit. LP is definitely the place you order the pasta - they never go wrong with it and it's definitely the closest it comes to what I've had in Europe. Sauces are mild and tangy as per the base. The only pasta that I was heavily disappointed with was the bolognese, it just lacked a lot of flavour and was just steamed mince, maybe that was a one off, but I never ordered it again. <br/>Im sure you've heard a lot about the Espreso Panna cotta - it stole my heart on the first 3 visits and then something changed, like an old boyfriend! LOL! the cnady stick used to end at a hazelnut, but now they put a raisin and I died when i saw it the first time, I think i also cried a little. They should consider an almond or a peanut atleast, that raisin is just not happening! :( <br/>But love the place and ambience and full marks for how its buzzing with peeps, given the limited parking space!

Wow. Its really one of the best place in Pune. Heard a alot about this thing so went there in a group. There was waiting for 15 mins. They arranged the table soon. One thing which is little uncommon is that they don't have menu cards. So if you are a 1st time visitor its is best advised that you ask the waiter for their best dishes. Food is awesome. Great ambience loved it.

On a Sunday afternoon, we ordered 'Pear & Walnut Salad' and 'Brioche - Cottage Cheese Harissa' in Maincourse, Cinnamon Cappuccino and Chocolate Milkshake in Beverage, Espresso Panna Cotta in Deserts. We couldn't order Pink Sauce Pasta as we reached just beyond the lunch time. <br/><br/>Every dish was exceptional, dessert was something you won't get everywhere. Also, you won't get menu in your hand, you need to have a look at Black Board menu written with Chalk first and later get your order placed. As Pune is flooded with cafes, this one definitely tops the list.

This is on Prabhat road. Nice place to hangout with friends. Young and enthusiastic crowd. Young staff who take care of you very nicely. Always 10-15 mins of waiting. Me and wife went this place and ordered spicy chicken wings which not that spicy and was perfect in taste. In big plates, we ordered Chicken Roulade and Roast Chicken. Both dishes were perfect in taste. Highlight was the sauce which is served with both dishes. They are just yummy. Along with this, we took peach ice tea and to be frank we even loved it. Almost in all other cafes and restaurants we usually have too much of ice crush and less of flavour but here it was perfectly balanced. The big plates are little heavy on pocket that's my personal view. But surely nice place to hangout with great food.

Le plaisir has become one of my favourites in Pune. they serve the finest Pastas and Brioches  in town with amazing side plates. their menu is placed in a cute way which would make the customers enjoy choosing the dishes. Ambience is very cool with very friendly staff that would suggest and explain the dishes in the right way. their Macroons are the best like they have recreated Le 15 Macroons. you can blindly order any new dish that you haven't tried here because it would definitely turn out good.

Nice vibe to the place. Service is quick and food is good. <br/>I loved my meatloader what disappointed me was the extra I ordered, which was the side of chicken roast. <br/><br/>I loved the fact that the pork is NOT imported but locally sourced.<br/><br/>Loved the mustard sauce,it had a nice zing to it with just a hint of sweetness.

The entire experience was outstanding. The quality of food and taste was probably on of the best I’ve had in recent times. In fact it scores over some of the best restaurants in Mumbai. Kudos to the owner who is so passionate about his food and the place. Would recommend everyone to experience it any time you visit Pune.
