This is magnificent. Grandest cafe in pune. They have food, coffee, muffin, etc., and cake (1 kg). Splendid seating space with royalty all around. Excellent service. I recently visited chocolate festival in the hotel and chocolate sculptures. Food is not v expensive (coffee of Rs. 400) compared to the service and atmosphere or any other cafe in pune.
A great place for a yummy, delicious quick bite located to the right side of Conrad's entrance. It's a beautifully designed cafe and has great dessert options, perfect for that sugar craving you have. Their cakes are also super delicious and make a special event celebration more special.

At a recent 3 AM meeting, I discovered an exceptional Tiramisu Coffee. This late-night gem offered a perfect mix of tiramisu's creamy richness with a strong coffee kick, ideal for late discussions. The ambiance was cozy yet upscale, making it a top recommendation for anyone seeking a superb coffee experience in the late hours.
So, I should thank the Staff at Pune Sugar Box and Conrad for maintaining the highest level of Sanitization and Safety standards.
The Cakes/Pastries are fresh, taste amazing and have beautiful presentation! Even if some of the Pastries on display get over, they ask their Chef to prepare one for you, if you request.
The sandwiches and chicken nuggets that we ordered were freshly prepared for us. Again, amazing taste and presentation. It's just that the Fries that we got as sides were a little too salty.
In beverages we had ordered a Lemon Iced Tea, a Hot Chocolate, a Lemon Side and a Kala Khatta Mocktail. The quantity was sufficient. Also, one of my friends wanted a Smoothie, but, they were not serving it when we were there. So, if you are at Pune Sugar Box and want a smoothie, just check with the staff.
Finally, the ambiance is just regal, as you would expect at any Conrad. There weren't a lot of people around, possibly because of COIVD-19 situation.
This place has a different charm altogether! Loved the place and ambience. Enjoyed the coffee and desserts over here.

Pune sugar box is my fisrt choice for quick bite with selected menu. Amazing Ambience , private sitting . Well served cuisines. And overall wonder ful experience .

This place is inside Conrad and serves amazing desserts. I tried blueberry cheesecake and tiramisu. The cheesecake was to die for. It was fresh and flavorsome. Tiramisu was good too. It had a layer of strong coffee flavored brownies in the end. The service was fast. Ambience was peaceful. Will surely visit again.
The 24-hour Dessert cafe at Conrad lobby is a great spot to grab a cup of coffee or snacks.
They serve a range of sandwiches, desserts - especially the blueberry cheesecake and a decadent black forest cake are excellent. Their Swiss truffle Cake is lip-smacking and drool-worthy.
Most of the desserts are priced at Rs 140 onwards, making it the right spot to hit for coffee meetings without burning a hole in your wallet.
Do try their melt-in-your-mouth chocolate cookie that is served complimentary with coffee and tea.
Must visit if you`re going to visit Conrad. Don`t miss out the chance and do try the desserts here
