I am an ardent chocolate lover and I am always on the lookout for great hot chocolate. The hot chocolate here is an absolute favourite! 😍😍 It is thick rich and creamy. Must try!
Such good cafe with good music. Loved their Chicken Bagel sandwich and cheesecake. So fresh and delicious.
The smoked salmon bagel was not up to the mark. The salmon was not off but it was certainly not fresh. If it is not a running item they should take it off the menu. Otherwise excellent place to hang out.
A cozy place with limited menu. But the food here is delicious and the service is not bad.
The indoor ambience is a bit weird with trippy wallpapers and claustral silence. But the music playlist here is elite!

Butter Brews is truly a wonderful place to try out the varied fusion dishes! All of the dishes that I tried were amazing and mouth watering and my most favourite was the Chicken Gurkha Bagel! The first bite of the sandwich itself left me crying! The bagel bread was super crispy and soft. The stuffing of the sandwich was the best part which had an indian touch, the chicken was juicy and full of masala! This has been my favourite fusion dish! I also tried the mains; Stuffed Chicken and the Fried Garlic and Rosemary Grilled Chicken. Both of these mains are a must try! The quantity is the only thing which is to be considered but otherwise it's all fine. And for me the mashed potatoes was the highlight! Ending with a dessert ofcourse, I tried out the strawberry cheescake which is one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had till date. The best part about this were the tiny strawberry pieces inside and that, was a perfect way to end my meal for the night!♡
I've loved this place since the first time I came here, when it was quite new. Unfortunately, the staff this time was a little curt. Other than that, #ambiance was beautiful, and we also jammed.

Ordered recently Cottage cheese supreme classic paneer steak, which is basically a one plate Stroganoff dish. I am find of these kind of one plate meals as they are good as lunch options, are filling and have veggies in sides which I love.
I was pleasantly surprised to see many options in the menu, ended up ordering this steak,
So this dish tasted really great, presentation was great, veggies were properly grilled/sauteed however they can relook at their portion size given the number of options customer have in Pune for the same dish at lesser price.
I would however definitely be trying other things on the menu soon.

Choosing a place to go around FC road/SB road is always a task due to the numerous options available. However, we finally closed on visiting Butter Brews in Model colony, mainly because we would get parking and it wouldn't be as crowded as some of the famous places on FC road.
A small cafe nestled in model colony, this place can easily be missed out if you don't pay attention. But let me assure you, if you miss out on this place, you're missing out on some amazing stuff.
Since it was afternoon and we were already stuffed with a heavy lunch, we wanted to have something light. With the weather being so cool, we decided to sit outside and not in the AC secttion.
We ordered -
1) The Chicken Gurkha Bagel - A medium spicy filling, with a not so usual dash of pepper, this Bagel was nothing less than a meal by itself. Luckily we ordered only one which was more than enough for the two of us (Note - we weren't that hungry). Overall it was good and would be enough for one person.
2) The hot Chocolate - I have always been a fan of Hot chocolate and have always been on the lookout for the best Hot Chocolate in town. I wouldn't say this was the best, but it surely was one of the top three best hot chocolates that i have tried.
Overall, It's a nice and a cosy place in the middle of Model colony. A great place to chill. An ideal place for an evening hang out. And if you visit here, make sure you try the Hot Chocolate.
