Its an amazing place. I have been going here for a year now. The owner Joe is very friendly and suggests some good dishes. Many times if i have to reserve a table i just need to call him and he has our dishes ready by the time we reach. All in all a great place to visit.

Their preparation is perfect , super hygenic healthy and extremely yummy. Have been going to this place for so long now, wont go anywhere else!. M a crazy foodie and post hogging experience means a lot: never had a troublesome stomach (and dat means a lot). Rating and appreciating this place like my own because that is how i feel, its a cozy and homely place and a warm tom yum soup is all i crave to begin with.

So Thai house is in the complex that I live in and this restaurant has been there for a long time. This is one of the favourite places that my friend frequents and he highly recommended it. Well, so I tried the pad thai chicken recently and I must say it was really good!! I am definitely ordering it again and then maybe trying more dishes!
This is the best place to have Thai food in all over Pune. Their appetizers are so amazing and authentic. Soups are great too. Fried rice and noodles are also worth having.

Tum yum soup : really good. Clear coup with aromas of Thai basil and Kaffire lime leaves, so refreshing.
Phad Thai Noodles : total justice to the receipe. Just loved it. Too good.
Burnt garlic Rice : liked it, but could have been better with more essence of burnt garlic.
Chicken stirfry in Thai caurry paste : just awesome, the way it should be.
Fried icecream : great ending for any meal.
Will surely viait again to try out other dishes on the menu.

A bit of Bangkok in Pune.
Isn’t it confusing, a little, when you hear the word ‘Pan - Asian’ cuisine ? How do you do justice to the cuisines so diverse and unique, and place them on one menu? One chef can wear so many hats? you know anyone who can make rasaam, butter chicken and zunka bhakkar with same ace and authenticity? Also, I read even Indian food qualifies as Pan Asian🤔. Well this is just a random thought. I write today to talk about this quaint little shop in Bopodi (Pune) - The Thai House Restaurant. It proudly serves ‘Thai Cuisine’ right here at Pune.
No frills and no fancy, simplicity of place takes you to Bangkok with its dim lights and simple decor.The aroma of sauces and spices , adds to your experience. Plenty of vegetarian options on menu and seafood lovers, prawns go amazingly well in Thai recipes. Fish is also on menu. For rest, Chicken is there in plenty. A table occupied by happy Thai Visitors told me I am at the right place. The owner himself takes order and is super attentive.
A wholesome dinner for two costed us a 1000 bucks with tip and a beverage. 2 Appetizers and one main course. We were happy with portion, service, ingredients and taste so I can say it was a good deal.
Som Tum - felt light, healthy and fresh prepped home style with papaya, carrots, chillies, fish sauce and lime. A must have salad for me when it comes to Thai cuisine - you can ask them to make it hot ( I mean more chilly) if you like it that way.
Prawns garlic pepper - totally loved the fried pepper coated with what I felt was a yummy marinade of wine, oyster sauce , garlic and pepper. Homemade sauce served on side was equally delicious.
Chicken Pad Thai - I know it is lame to order Pad Thai at Thai restauraunt but hey the place is super authentic and I had to try staple food. It was so well presented and cooked to perfection - I was not disappointed by my choice.
If you pay in cash ( above 700 bucks) you get fried ice cream for free. That is ‘sweet’ way to encourage clientele to pay in cash. It was a perfectly fried desert and we were happy end the meal on the right note.
To sum it up if you are craving some home made delicious Thai food which does NOT come from a pan Asian menu, take a ride to Bapodi :). Khop kun.

Amazing authentic thai food and friendly owner. If you really want to have and experience thai food then this is the place you have to come. We are expecting that next time we have more thai menus like mango sticky rice which was not there. But overall a great experience
The only place in Pune where I found authentic Thai food.. Satays, Thai papaya salad and the prawns on toast is a must try.. for desert don't miss out on their famous fried ice cream
I was a regular at this place from 2010 to 2012. Then I left Pune, got a chance to visit the city and have food here again. Nothing has changed not even the aroma of the place and dishes. There can be no greater proof of authenticity

An authentic and amazing Thai place right in heart of Bopodi.
Went there again and tried some new dishes and also the most famous mango sticky rice... Pricey at 350/- but it tastes very good. Wish it was more affordable.
A must-visit destination if you want to have authentic Thai dishes in Pune cooked by Thai people. This old restaurant is run by Thai immigrants and serves some of the most delicious Thai cuisine available in Pune. Even the menu is in Thai style with images and prices alongside each dish.
Rest assured that whichever dish you choose, its gonna taste straight out of your own last Bangkok trip.
Waiting for the Mango season to start to delve into their all time favorite hit Mango Sticky rice.
Best Thai food I’ve had!
Nowadays many restaurants focus on ambience at the cost of the food quality, but this one is not at all like that. The food is wholesome, bursting with flavour, and absolutely delectable.
The service is excellent too. The owner helped us with his suggestions, and all our food arrived pretty quickly.

We, a group of 5 people visited Thai House's Kitchen a couple of months back. The dishes were absolutely delicious. (aloy-maak maak kha) Everything tasted very authentic and true to it's taste. As I have visited Thailand long back as a kid the kra pao gai rice was very nostalgic. I couldnt get enough of it.
The ambiance includes indoor as well as outdoor seating. The walls have images related to Thai Tradition as well as images of their Dearest King. Overall the indoor seating is not very wide but gives a homely feeling.
The prices are quite fair, only wished for a slightly more quantity.
All and All a great experience, do try them out especially their rice & curry dishes.

Really Delicious, this order is a huge recommendation, it's garlicy spicy minced chicken prepared with fish sauce along with the holy basil leaves punch, order kra prow gai and rice separately rather than the kra pow gai rice set, that way you get more of the savoury minced chicken and gravy which is the star dish for me.
The Pad-thai noodles with Seafood toppings covered with egg was very delicious and the quantity was huge.
And, ofcourse, the Deep fried icecream which is my favourite, tastes exactly the same after 4years. Must try.
The place is beautiful and beautiful Thai pieces and paintings. Love coming to this place ❤️
Very good restaurant, authentic as well. The restaurant is run by a Thai family. All the dishes ordered were very good. Will definitely visit again.
A weekday trip to this place helped us with plenty of seating options. And so is the menu. Interestingly the menu had pictures of the dishes and that makes easy to choose.
The wow factor came in right at the beginning with a very unique green colored plates. Followed by green colored pots which had the food.
We had paad Thai... The description said it would come wrapped in egg but that was a disappointment for me. The taste was good with salt seemed to be higher. It didn't left us with any scope to add nam pla.
We also ordered the Thai red curry with chicken & vegetables. Taste was good. The steam rice combination was amazing.
We finished our dinner with the famous deep fried ice cream. Highly recommended!
The dishes are amazing and have been adjusted for the Indian palate. Each dish we had was unique and truly represented Thai cuisine in its balance of textures and flavours.

Authentic Thai food. Everything was so different from what is normally dished out as Thai. Thai green curry and burnt garlic rice were outstanding. Infact whatever we ordered was very delicious.
