I recently visited Wadeshwar and tried their Aloo Paratha, Dahi Wada, and Onion Uttapa. The Dahi Wada was absolutely mind-blowing, a burst of flavors that left a lasting impression. The Uttapa was also delightful, full of delicious taste. The service was swift and attentive, adding to the positive experience. The restaurant boasts a charming ambiance, creating a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxed dining experience.
We were here for breakfast, and I had a mixed experience. The service, hygiene, and ambiance were all good, however taste of the food was not as outstanding as I had expected, based on the market hype and social media posts.
I tried the Maysoor masala cheese dosa, which was nice. I also tried the set dosa, which was good. The coconut kachori was also good that one should try here.
I also tried the onion cheese uttapa, sweet corn patice, and filter coffee. Which was ok.
Overall, I would say that Wadeshwar is a good place to have breakfast, but it is not as outstanding as it is made out to be. The service is good, the staff is courteous and humble, and the ambiance is nice.
Good Food and good service available here at Wadeshwar, kalyani nagar.I visit it more often.
I visited this place with my friends, to have lunch,in the Manu we were able to see Panjabi and South Indian options the dishes are affordable and tasty too but the quantity is very low, if you order any sabji then hardly 2 people can have that, so if there 4 people are visiting for a lunch or dinner then minimum 2 subji and 2 rice should be ordered
Otherwise the ambiance of the hotal is tipical wadeshwar. And crowded also
Talking about parking there is a decent parking available so no Hassel in parking.
Had a simple but most desired breakfast; Idli Vada combo with sambhar & chutney at this quiet place :) Till date, I didn’t like the taste of sambhar anywhere else in Pune BUT Wadeshwar won my heart! Very light and soft texture of Idli, nicely cooked coconut chutney made my day! I’m giving a 4 star rating since they can do more variations with sambhar :)
Wadeshwar, the go to place for punekars is now serving North Indian cuisine too .I visited the place recently and was astonished to see the variety of North Indian food menu on my plate. From cheese corn tikki to Veg rajwadi ,Paneer Tikki masala to Dal fry ,every dish was combined well with flavours and was so soothing to the palate, the moong dal halwa took my heart with its mouth melting texture ,loaded with dry fruits and ghee this one is a must try at Wadeshwar..Visit soon and share your food experience with me .
My experience at the newly revamped Wadeshwar was awesome. The place gives a nice positive vibe and lot has changed since I visited last.
They serve Punjabi cuisine and Chinese items which you won’t get at any other outlets.
Do visit
I have visited this place few times but have ordered from here many times. This place offers an amazing variety of breakfast and snacks. I love their sabudana vada, sabudana khichdi and potatoe vada. Overall all the items are tasty.
Ambience is nice. Service is also good.
Price point it's little expensive but it's worth the hype as it is hygienic and clean. Overall a nice place for breakfast over evening snacks.
Recently visited Wadeshwar restaurant in Kalyani Nagar and was immediately struck by the revamped ambiance. The wooden interiors and brick-structured tiles on the walls gave off a cozy, inviting vibe. The addition of artificial plants and classic wall cartoon doodles added a nice touch to the atmosphere.
For drinks, I ordered a Mango milkshake with ice-cream and pineapple mosambi juice. Both drinks were fantastic and very refreshing. I decided to try something different than their South Indian menu and ordered from their Punjabi menu, I ordered starters which included Hara Bhara Kabab, Paneer Banjara Kabab, and Crispy Veg. The Hara Bhara Kabab came in 8 pieces and was topped with a lot of peas and caramelized onion, and served with green chutney which tasted good. The Paneer Banjara Kabab, on the other hand, was amazing! The paneer was soft and loaded with cheese and salad. The crispy veg was also great, loaded with a variety of crispy veggies topped with sesame seeds.
Moving on to the main course, I tried the staff-recommended Paneer Lahori and Baby Corn Mushroom along with Butter Roti and Cheese Garlic Naan. Both dishes came in good quantity and tasted amazing. The Butter Roti and Garlic Naan were nice & soft. I also tried their special mocktails, Red Granite and Deep Blue, which were fizzy and tasted great.
For dessert, I ordered the Chocolate Brownie and Gulab Jamun. The Chocolate Brownie was served with vanilla ice cream and topped with chocolate sauce. The Gulab Jamun came in three pieces and was hot and soft. It was the perfect end to my meal.
The service at Wadeshwar is fast and the staff is very kind and attentive. Overall, I recommend trying their Punjabi menu if you want to try something new rather than their classic South Indian menu. The revamped ambiance is great and the food tastes amazing. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant!
