Roads will be damaged during rainy season. I think they have tried to replace it with concrete road but it has reached only till mulshi. rest of Tamhini ghat road is a terrible pothole road. but you will enjoy the ride. and till you reach tamhini ghat there is only one good restaurant and Lodging. and I think Possibly no Petrol pumps. so please fill up your vehicle fuel tanks

Don't buy land there. Structures block beautiful views. Green jungle is turning into concrete jungle. Save them. They are biodiversity hotspots. Just go there and you will feel that you always were made to live in nature not city. You will love each and every moment there.

Great to be here. Just look for more places around this waterfall. You can get a route to Mulshi dam through river flowing around there. This water finally meets the famous Mulshi dam. People don't know this secret. Just go and explore the beauty of Tamhini ghaat. All the best
