i loved the biryani, this is exactly like how we get it in chennai. I wish they start sit in options soon. This is my weekend special and all my friends are all enjoying too.
My walk-in experience at Madraz Biryani was one of the most refreshing and delightful in every sense.
Their business and operating model is self sustaining and extremely efficient.
Their kitchen is highly impressive, with highly trained and reliable staff. The biryani is cooked on wood fire, which is the historical way to cook it - slowly and on a steady natural flame, which gives a smoky taste & flavor to it.
The combo is value for money, compared to other biryani shops I have tried.
The place is perfect from small dinner munches to large party orders.
Madraz Biryani, you guys rock! Ensure you keep the taste, cost and awesome service unchanged in the long run!
Tried the mutton biryani from this restaurant and loved it. They seem to have this only over the weekends. I also tried the ghee pulao with pepper chicken. it was very tasty. I find this very close to the taste of the biryani that I had in Chennai, especially the street food.. this is completely a different taste and style from the biryani we get in Pune.
At times when we place an order the food comes late, assume it is more of the delivery service. will plan to visit them one of these days.
