At the first bite you'll feel misal is sweet, however after 3-4 bites you'll end up runny nose n watery eyes 😂😂.. but one must have this type of misal for sure.. also would like to mention that, there r 2 newale misal joints but you should go which is exactly opposite to the tiny Jilebi shop.. also once you reach in misal this joint, find the logo which I shared here ..

Definitely the spiciest misal I have personally had. Having tried multiple legendary misal at Nashik, Nevales misal is definitely most unique misal you can have in Pune.
There is a strange sweet taste when you take your first bite but don’t get fooled by it as once the spice kicks in you will sweat like anything.
Ambience is quite traditional yet service is great.
Pro tip: don’t order misal without taak, dahi and a pack of tissue paper.
The spiciest misal of the town goes to Newale misal!
It will definitely quench your thirst if you are craving spicy misal. But it doesn't mean that there is no other taste, you will taste the tanginess of the tomato. Matki is not visible but as per owner it is grinded and present in tarri, Pav is okay. They need to work on their service and atmosphere especially on weekends.
Overall I would definitely recommend this place.
The real misal which reminds one of the best of the best taste, and changes your views about misal. If you are from Pune then it will make you experience the authentic misal. For outsiders it reassures that Pune knows what real misal tastes like :)

Finally after 4 years of wait and multiple plans made and canceled I finally made it to the legendary Newale Misal at Gandhi Peth, Prabhat Colony, Chinchwad Gaon, Chinchwad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411033. Please note that the old place has closed down and they have moved to a new location 100 meters from the old location. Also note 10 meters from the old one there is one more Newale Misal (same family but different members) so you take the call and decide where you want to eat 😁. We today chose the other one and next time will try the one we skipped today.
Now coming to the taste of the misal...is it worth the hype and everything else...of course yes it's fantastic. First you get a strong sweet taste and then the spice kicks in and yes it's quite a kick but the added lemon and onions and coriander adds to the flavors and you cannot stop eating and of course sweatng too😁. If anyone has not yet tried this misal please please please do try as it's totally different than the 100's of other misal ypu mist have tried before for sure. Also their batata bhaiya along with spicy chutney is also pretty famous but that's available only on weekends.

There is so much fuss about this Misal is very hot, very spicy but my personal experience was different, it’s sort of spicy but extremely tasty and I can say its one of the top misal we ever had. For real misal lover the spiciness is must and the misal cannot be a misal if its not spicy. We really enjoyed and they give everything generously. Mr. Newale is very friendly person. Solkadhi is must to balance stomach after this misal. You must visit if you true misal lover and forget about the spice fuss. I eat here multiple times a week with my friends without it life is incomplete.
One of the best misal after De Dhakka! Second most spicy misal I ever had! Place is quite cozy and compact, you'll might have to wait to be seated. Taste was good according to price! They do have another franchise close to original hotel! Well if you are spicy lover this is a must try place, but not spicy than De Dhakka but you'll love the taste!
