My eyewear got broken in an accident and I can't believe, the whole process of claim took less than 5 minutes at the store. Impressive! Store employees were very helpful and supportive!!

So I already have used Lenskart products through gifts. So I am pretty much sure of my trust in the brand. Otherwise, the employees/staff have been very understanding and empathetic while explaining the entire process of getting the products to the client. I have really loved and enjoyed visiting the store as this is my first paid order. Really appreciate the patience and efforts of the brand and its entire team to get the service right and be capable to offer much more the users. Kudos. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

Although the store persons are very good in nature but i frequently have issues with the specs alignment I just purchased 2 and both are not properly aligned
