Nice place for a casual lunch. Service is quick. North Indian food and thali is awesome. I visit this place frequently for lunch. It has outdoor, indoor as well as AC seating.
Being nearest to our office, We used to go to this restaurant long back... I dont remember the old taste. Last month we visited again after nearly 10 years. It was renovated... And the taste of food was awesome!!!
We had mushroom paneer masala, Paneer peshawari, naan daal etc.... Overall taste is 5/5, ambiance 4/5, cost is 5/5.
I dont know, why other colleagues travel far for the parties... This is best in taste for vegetarians.

It's the simplest places which offer the best food. The SPDP here is scrumptious. They Paneer Tikka Masala and Dal Tadka are great as well. The service is prompt and the ambience is simple and hygienic. And it's all at a very pocket-friendly cost. Big thumbs up.
I have childhood memories of this place. My review is solely based on that as I will always have a special attachment to this place. My parents used to take me to this place when I was a kid. It was almost 18 years ago... I went there many times.. from the age of 10 to 13. My younger sister and I used to relish the Pav Bhaaji and would share it.. while my parents used to like the paneer and gobi shakuthi. Even though my tastes have changed and evolved much, nonetheless I would always fondly remember the deliciousness of the food here. I would definitely go here whenever I find myself in Pune.
Had lunch here.. Shezwan fried rice was awesome.. Masala Dosa here is also good should try once. Although good place to eat when extremely hungry.. ✌🏻

One of the Oldest restaurant near my Place. Ambience is nice similar to other typical Udupi restaurants. Service is average not too quick nor too late. There are usually only 3 things I visit this restaurant for,
1. Pav Bhaji - One of the best place to have Pav Bhaji, the bhaji has right combination of tomato and other veggies and perfect blend of masala and butter.
Pav Bhaji comes with a unique vessel containing chopped onions and lemons unlike other restaurants wherein we have to keep on asking for additional lemon and onions.
2 - Masala Pav - Masala is Made with fresh onions, capsicum and tomatoes in garlic and red chilli flavored chutney. Masala is made in butter and stuffed into the Pav and layered on top of it. Awesome and Tasty compared to any other restaurants
3 - SPDP - Simply the best in town.
It's made in round puris ( Pani Puri walla Puri) half stuffed with potato, onions, garlic flavored red chutney, tamarind chutney and the other half is filled with chilled curd that's lil sweet and flavored with cardamom, mustard and curry leaves
Ordered onion uttappa...Nice taste of the coconut chutney and sambhar but the uttappa was not crispy has it should be..But the taste of the uttappa was good and nice stuffing of vegetable...Nice place to visit for breakfast, ders a great variety of items in each section ....Nice decent interior...Nice structure made of Shivaji Maharaj and reminds of our history book in 3rd grade...Overall good decent restro...
The place looks a bit shady, but has great service, polite staff, and tasty food! I And the service was quick! The veg Kolhapuri was actually spicy and the roti was served fresh off tandoor! If you're in the area and need to have a quiet lunch, this place works great!

This restaurant is a perfect place for a quick meeting over the cup of Tea or Coffee. Car parking you have to manage on the busy Mumbai-Pune road.

I have mentioned the food which I had on many occasions & which are my favourite one! From their snacks offering I like Cutlet, Tomato Omelette, Onion & Uttappa. Bread Butter Toast is also good here which goes quite well with their delicious Tea & Coffee. The cutlet is the recommended one. In Main Course, my favourites are Paneer Bhurji, Dal Tadka & Manchurian Biryani.
Their service is fast & Staff is OK. Cost wise, it's reasonable!

Samrat hotel near shivaji nagar. Poona bombay highway is very nice. Food is very yummy, tasty as per our wish spicy. Atmosphere is also nice. Slowly music is playing. I would like to visit it again.
