The Resort had all the amenities to enjoy along with your loved ones... DJ arrangements was not that up to the mark as per fees charged by them. Swimming pool was clean, tents were well arranged, they provided plastic tables to enjoy drinks and food at your favourite spot. Chicken barbeque arrangements failed as they committed to provide unlimited pieces but they were providing only 2 pieces per person. They failed against there commitment. Dinner and breakfast arrangement was OK. I would not suggest this place for families carrying less than 3 year old baby. This place is good for couples and big groups.

Day 1 : we came near by 1pm had our breakfast and enjoyed pool for couple of hrs ..then had lunch( to be told earlier ).
We took minimal priced tractor ride from the hotel ...
they gave ride for approx 1.5 hrs explained all about trees 🌴🌴
Has fresh cow milk and experience of taking milk from cow
We roamed around in nighy and can have bonfire.

Saw wonderfull waterfalls, scenery nature, mountains 🏔️🏔️
...i must suggest u to go there but in a group as there are only 4 rooms so better with family or group of 8 to 10 members ...

The property is huge. They take guests around a tour of the farm which has hundreds of varieties of plants and some animal husbandry. Good place if you're looking for a quiet getaway with nothing much to do.
Amol runs the resort and is very customer centric.
Very pleasant experience amidst the beauty of nature. Orchid polyhouse, variety of plantation, cattle rearing, and many such experiences no one should miss. Even the service and staff were polite and humble. It was truly blissful.

They have separate rooms for family or couple as well as dormitory for group. The food is delicious and prepared with all hygiene.
A beautifully designed farm stay comprising 4 room cottage. Room has a view of beautiful river. The place is designed and made with a lot of love, keeping the look and feel to be very earthy and simple. The farm land is a pleasure to witness for our city-weary eyes. Our highlight from our stay here included - the whole ambience of the place run efficiently by the entire caretakers. I recommend this place if you are looking for earthiness and have simple demands and especially kids should experience the place.
The staff members Mr Amol, Sumit and Raghunath were very kind and polite. Food is very simple like ghar ka khana.
Very good outing site for a short trip say day or two! Even in summer ( we visited at the end of March ) the weather was pleasant .Archid , Sonchapha ,bakul plantation add to the beauty of the site,fruits like Kocum,mangoes,amla ,cashew , teak are very well grown .The cattle stock mostly consist of gir cows,are tourist attraction.Veg/ non veg. food is served as far as possible considering the tourists' choice. The staff is quite polite Mr Amol personally takes care of the guests' requirements.
The farm is a delightfully large and spacious property (150+ acres!), dotted with trees and real farm animals!
There are cows, ducks, goats, pigs and whatnot all maintained and carefully breeded for commercial purposes. The location is absolutely fantastic, just alongside Kamshet Lake (visible from the rooms) and the Food was simple, yet delicious.
Only drawback are the rooms:
There are only 4 rooms, in a single villa. And the maintenance is very poor (cracked mirrors and not very clean).
But the size of rooms is huge! With attached balcony, garden and bathrooms.
The property has a beautiful swimming pool, canteen and even a grocery shop.
It is convenient and located close to Pune (only 1 hour drive)
Definitely worth the cost! All meals included.
AND THE BEST PART IS IT IS ENTIRELY PET-FRIENDLY!

Hey Nature's lovers , If you are really hard core and heart loving nature lover this is the Final destination . You can see variety of flowers and big tress over here . It's not 1 acre, 5 acre or 10 acre spread area ...it's more and more than 150 acre project located next to Uskan dam ..almost water touching to this property . One can opt stay in this farm and enjoy night as many as you wish . Basically it's Raikar farm owner of this property really has done wonder on this place and it's highly commendable efforts and vision of his leadership which has setup sustainable complet agri base eco model as every aspect of farm being sync for its utilisation . It's more than 40 yrs old property and since then Mr. Raikar is taking huge effort ..Journey of this property development is big big story !! Hats off to Owner and his vision to cater and help nearby farmer to make this project as livelihood and part of family as more than 300+ family dependent of this beautiful farm.
Major attractions - Variety of Trees , Flowers , Fruits , Cows , buffelos , Piggery and Lotus pond , Medicinal fruits and plants . So it's true nature you can experience in your stay . Mr. Hegde farm manager is very helpful and resort boys Sumit guiding the guest during the stay period at farm. ITS recently named as Whistling Wood ( Raikar Farms ) .
