I was extremely happy to visit an ONLY Vegetarian restaurant in the heart of the city which turned out to be a pleasant experience. Decor is what I loved the most, followed by the plethora of dishes on the menu. We were a group of 8 so the staff took good care of us.
#SpingRolls : This is a starter I would recommend. It was perfectly cooked with fresh veggies, served hot and well presented.
#Sizzler : We tried Paneer Shahlik Sizzler that includes french fries, cottage cheese, cilantro rice and cilantro creamy sauce. There's a good variety to try from.
#VegBhuna : This is a good main course gravy vegetable to try with any type of bread you like. Moderately spicy.
#MethiMalaiMatar : This is creamy rich and high on calories. But you can surely relish the wonderful taste.
Overall, a great place to hangout with outdoor and indoor seating. Slightly pricy but worth the experience.

Ordered "English Vegetable Sizzler" which they served within 20mins.
It was Sumptuous. Enough only for one, which he served very patiently. (Whereas they said the quantity would be fine for two)

I have been here a couple of times and was quite satisfied both the times.
I wish they would upgrade their desserts menu. I think they offer less choice there. The quantity of their cheesecake was awesome though!
The overall taste of the food is great!
Just a suggestion- There isn't that much need to keep changing the plates after every course or dish served. More water could be saved by not changing the plates.
Vegeta is a nice place to have a fun evening with friends or family. They have a nice menu and a well decorated, spacious ambience. Also the staff is very friendly! I tried a variety of starters and all were great. Try the Paneer Makhani one! Overall it's a nice place to visit to have a nice evening.

A delight for vegetarian food lovers. The ambience is nice, clean and spacious. There is outdoor and indoor seating available. The hotel is designed nicely. The food and service are good and the manager/waiter are prompt enough to replace food if you have complains. The toilets are clean but the approach to them is kind of weird upstairs through a narrow space in between the kitchen door and the soft drinks fridge.
I would like to give 5 more star for atmosphere. One of the best place so far I visited. I will suggest to visit Vegeta at night time.

Located on Bhandarkar Road, Pune. pure Veg Restaurant. Ambience is good. Have tried some Chinese started and Mocktails. Guava Mocktail is good one. Manchouw soup was delicious. N food taste is also good. Service is quite slow. So overall Good Good Wala Restaurant. Can visit once.valet parking is available.

A nice place with decor that suits the menu I think. Had valet parking, which is a boon, considering the the restaurant is located on Bhandarkar road. We visited on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and easily found a place in the AC section inside. The place can seat quite a few people outside as well but I guess the outside would be more pleasant for dinner.
We ordered a Laksa to start with and considering it was the first time, we quite liked it... Yellow soup with a strong hint of ginger, zucchini, some noodles, a small day of finely chopped green chillies I think... It was a nice warm soup for a rainy day.
For the meeting we shared an Corn and Pepper Enchilada that was served covered with cheese. While the waiter warned us that it would be spicy, we decided to take our risks.... We also ordered an orange twist mocktail with the mains... Suffice to say that the Enchilada was worth it and so was the mocktail... It is a bit spicy.. so be forewarned! A word of advice to the chef is that the Enchiladas deserve to be presented better considering how well they taste...
We decided to round out off with a sizzling chocolate brownie with vanilla icecream. The brownie was great too but personally I think the hot griddle ends up burning most of the chocolate sauce that I'd rather save.. also the the brownie is served on a slice of pineapple and sadly the brownie and the pineapple are difficult to break with the spoons that you are expected to eat the dish with!! And butter paper in the brownie is a strict no-no!! Also I believe that when I brought it to the notice of the staff they seemed quite unapologetic about it.. I hope they got what I was saying...
All in all a good place... Worth a visit.. out maybe two .... but I wish the management can put in measures to prevent faux pas like papers in brownies and staff that seemed clueless to handle such a slip up..
