While the tea and coffee are really good and the other food items range from edible to tasty, the main issue is the hygiene of the place and how they maintain everything there. If you want a quick snack, this is a good place. But if you are looking for something more, then you need to spend more money and visit a different place.

In the neighborhood of Baavdhan this is one of very few places to get pocket friendly yet quality and tasty food and tea. Good place to try out for Irani chai, coffee and snacks like pattice, wada pav dosa etc. Place is always full and needles to say most customers are guys stopping by for a cup of tea and friends... Cash only... sufficient parking...

Nice place for breakfast, loads of snacks are available here, my favorite is bum maska and 1 big chai😋, plus the place wallet friendly, and the serve the best irani chai.
