Dr.Keswani experienced and a very humble person.He’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. He always takes the time to explain things so that the patient and the Family members can understand. My son (10 year's old)had a fracture and had to undergo a surgery. He maid sure we are aware of what's required to be done and how. He explained the process to my son so that he is comfortable.The entire staff is wonderful. A friend suggested Dr Keswani as one who will recommend surgery or joint replacement only when it is very necessary.
My experience was similar. Dr Keswani recommended the minimal needed surgery for my super senior citizen mother. Other doctors were keen to do a full shoulder replacement given the monetary benefits that accrue to them at the expense of the patient.
He is a gentle and kind doctor and makes the patient feel at ease during consultation and also during surgery. He is also very conscious of the costs involved and tries to always keep prices reasonable (unlike most other orthopedists I have met).
My mother is recovering well under his care and I was lucky to find this excellent surgeon. If you have orthopedic issues, I strongly recommend Dr Keswani as one who will give a clear diagnosis and provide only the treatment that is actually necessary. He is available for consultation at his clinic or at Ruby, Wanowrie, where he also heads the orthopedic department.
I have written this long review only to help others who might be concerned about finding a good orthopedist in the Wanowrie area.
Dr. Keswani is the best orthopedic doctor I have been to. I was suffering from pain in my heel for over a year. He did all the required tests and diagnoses. He wanted to give me a needle in the heel but I refused. He then promised me he will heal my foot. Within 6 weeks all my pain is gone and I can function normally without taking that needle. You can put all your faith and trust in Dr Keswani. His office is fully equipped with all the bells and whistles and is very hygienic and has very nice staff and service that makes Poona Diagnostics & speciality clinic number 1!

In the month of May2023 I, Louella(58yrs) met with an accident and fractured my left knee. We have recently moved to Pune so we did not know which Doctor to go to. A neighborhood friend recommended Dr. Harish Keshwan. She told me two incidents of her experience, one being she fractured her ankle and with the foot in plaster went for her scheduled holiday and another of how Doctor saved her husband's foot from being amputed. On hearing about these, I decided to go to him.
From the very first meeting with Dr. Keshwani and the subsequent ones I was comfortable interacting with him.
I had to undergo a surgery since my left foot is affected by Lympherderma.
The operation was successful and in six weeks I am walking. A recovery pretty much on schedule.
After I contacted Dr. Keshwani a few friends suggested we go to another doctor or to take a second opinion, however, I decided not to do so and confuse myself, since doctor had built faith in me by his polite interaction and confident communication.
I have no regrets.
