Experience was very good.....staff is very helpful....they give attention on each and every customer.... my DD work is pending last 2 days in my local branch...but when I went this branch they completed my work on that day only which is unexpected... thank you for your corporation

Not sure why people are giving it 1 star. The staff over there was very helpful. Saved me from an an incorrect action which would have cost me 22k in in terms of Kotak fines.

My complete family has an account with the bank. My mom who owns a boutique nearby has always received very quick and smooth service. Same goes for me. I would definitely recommend it to many people.

Although I see a bunch of negative reviews of this branch on google, but my experience was quite pleasant. The staff was courteous and patient. My work was done smoothly.
