My go to place for Idli Sambar and Filter coffee on any day. First they used to be open until 6 pm but now they are open until 11 PM. There isn’t much place to dine in, but you can sit in your car outside and they get it there, enjoy the food.
we ordered...
- idli sambhar : the perfect sambhar with the perfect idlis. so good. ordered this twice, that's 6 idlis.
- idli chicken : honestly, i didn't know chicken could go idlis. this combination was unreal, so so good, the chicken was outstanding. delicious.
didn't take more photos of the food. it was so good i didn't bother taking more, but it looks just like the photos from other reviews. will come again for sure to try their other dishes
also, there are no seats in the place. you have to stand and eat. the place is tiny.
One of the best Idli places in Pune.
I tried Chicken + Idli for the first time at 'Idliwale' and I loved it.
Lip-smacking combination of Idli and Chicken utterly satisfied our taste buds.
Apart from that our absolute favourite was their Chicken Ghee Roast Stuffed Curry Bread. Do try their tastiest hot coffee as well!
There was no place to sit and you have eat while standing up but it was totally worth the effort.
Food with decent taste and VFM place
Tried idli - chicken and also took kori roti portion extra as suggested by the staff .
3 fluffy idlis and Chicken curry which was nice with boneless and tender chicken pieces. The portion was sufficient for two moderate eaters . Kori roti was also crisp and good.
Will definitely go back to try more.
PS:
It is small outlet and they don't have seating for dine in . Well ; you can stand and eat and there is a provision of same for 2-3 people max. Take away is best option .
If you go late in the evening , many items are not available and if available , the quantity will be limited. Mind it.
The best idli sambhar and chutney and for cleanliness they are extra aware!!!! Waiting for them to open a restaurant nearby😍😍

Idli chicken curry (kundapur style) is the hero dish of this place. Filter kaapi is also tasty

Food was as usual amazing. Soft idlis, amazing podi chutney and tempting chicken ghee roast. Sambar and green chutney were equally good. I even had one idli with ghee roast masala and the combo was extraordinarily yum. Just thought the chicken was a little undercooked. Rest all well!
It has been very long since from which i eager to visit Idliwale but finally we made it.
Ambiance is good even though it is small. The kitchen is superb. Both staff and kitchen is so clean that barely observed such a thing in any other place.
However, there is no seating arrangement. So, if you are comfortable with stand and eat then you can try this. Also there are stairs outside you can use it and enjoy your food there.
It has limited menu but different in taste. Idly is so soft you don't need to bite. Just like, gets starts to melt down once you eat it. What can i say about taste of combination. It's better to go there and have a taste.
We have tried their Idly chicken and Idly chtaney sambar. Both are awesome.
Parking won't be problem there. You will get easily space.
Overall it's really good experience there
