We had dinner with senior management here. Food was very good especially starters and dessert. Service was little off and not organized. One of our guest ordered espresso and it did not served after 20 mins so we need to reorder. I think their service staff communication is not good. Atmosphere and ambience was quit delightful.

Was here for the Sunday brunch on account of a birthday. We were 2 adults and 2 children.
We had high expectations - it being our first time here but it was unfortunately disappointing.
While there were LOTS of options to choose from and many expensive choices for non vegetarians, I really felt the quality and consistency of the food lacking.
There were a few winners with the jasmine rice and the massaman curry and the paneer appetisers. However the bulk of the other stuff including the paani puri, the satay and dumplings and even the mac and cheese (for the kids) lacked flavour.
Service was quite poor too with a couple of orders missed and some orders turning up after we paid the bill.
The staff just seemed so over worked which is a pity because the ambiance is really well done.
You can definitely have a nice time with better food at other places in Pune for much less.
Conrad in my opinion has a much better buffet if you are looking to get a fancy meal and we have never had a bad experience at Senses
our many visits there.

The restaurant has a sitting arrangement that maintains distancing. The lights, paintings on wall, decor, interiors, sofa, and grandeur are excellent. The al a carte food menu is not huge but the food is delicious. Everything is 5 star and comparably doesn't feel expensive. Earlier the menu (food and price) was there on website of the restaurant. On my first visit, They didn't charge for a dish made specially and requested by my daughter. It was my wife birthday and they gave free v yummy cake. The service is excellent. Even in my recent visit, on my birthday, they gave free cake. The buffet here is best in Pune. Go for buffet that is around 2300 and half price for kids.
Superb restaurant, ambiance is great and food is simply amazing, buffet is a sensible option as there are many varieties of dishes to choose from, Chinese, Indian and western kitchens are there with mouth watering delicacies , coffee and bar is also available which obviously is not the part of buffet. Parking is not a issue, must visit once.
Visited this dine out place for an office milestone celebration.
The ambience is jaw dropping.
Hospitality is beyond imagination.
Food was mouth watering.
I think there were so many options in each Indian , Asian and continental section , it was mind boggling.
Whatever dishes I could have tried , all were delicious.
Dessert options were also plenty , atleast I have not seen them in other comparable hotels.
Wish to thank Shrikant for making it upto for us yesterday at the New years brunch. The exhaustive menu and the Ritz Carlton experience was exactly as expected to make our 1st brunch of the year 2024 special and memorable. Thank you to the entire team for their efforts ! Keep up the good work !

The restraunt area is spacious and offers indoor and outdoor seating .
They have multiple live counters like for pizza ,pasta ,Indian breads ,Thai noodles ,jalebi
Spread is massive with different sections for Indian cuisine, Asian cuisine ,salads, desserts
Staff is courteous and their service is super quick .
Seating options are multiple and overalls the experience is lovely
this was my first visit with the team and I was fabulous. Great food, service!!
Mr Manish was very helpful in arranging the table at the preferred location ( though there was a miscommunication \ understanding) but he and his team was able to address.
Food and spread is exceptional, its a no brainer for the second visit!
Three kitchen Restaurant is in Ritz-Carlton hotel. The restaurant is so grand and beautiful, the ambience is spectacular.
If we talk about hygiene I would like to rate them 10/10.
About food we ordered chicken biryani and lasagne which was so delicious. The price however is little high as compared to the portion they serve. The food portion is only for a person. But based on their service and taste of food, you may want to visit there.
Good food, if it's too cold out on the balcony, ask for a shawl.
