It is more than just a restaurant, it is an experience. It is an amazing initiative. The majority of the restaurant is staffed with physically challenged personnel. You talk to them in sign language (you don't need to know, the menu teaches you how to interact)
The ambiance is calm and relaxing with dim lights. The staff are just exceptional, they are very excited to serve you. The staff always have a genuine smile on their face.
Coming to the food, they have a variety of choices. The food tasted amazing, one of the best pasta dish I ever had. The food portions are a bit small.
The place is a bit expensive, but I think the place is worth at least coming once you can afford it.
Great place managed by specially-abled folks. It's a unique experience interacting with them and an interesting process in placing orders in sign language. Their disabilities don't come in the way for providing a good dining experience and it's definitely a one of a kind restaurant.
The food was delicious, good ambience and nice choice of ambient background music. Would recommend for anyone wanting to have a memorable dining outing.
It's a unique and touching concept that certainly won my heart. The staff was so polite and positive I couldn't help but smile.
Coming to the food, there is something for everyone. I enjoyed the Mezze platter and chef's special Calamarata pasta. Definitely a must try.
Portions are more of individual sizing based but I didn't mind that.

While the prices are on the higher side, the overall experience, coupled with the restaurant's commitment to inclusivity, makes it a worthwhile visit. However, it's important to note that there is no dedicated parking, so be prepared to find nearby parking spaces
It's indeed a cozy place. It's quiet and ambience is good. The service personnel are par excellence, ever smiling and helpful. A special word of mention for Ms Reshma who had introduced about the place and its uniqueness, I would say it's a must visit for people who visit Pune. Indeed the place for a different and great experience. Kudos to the staff at Terrasinne.

Wonderful experience!!! Service is apt and love the smiling faces of anyone we interacted with. Found out on visiting they have specialy-abled staff and they work with so much sincerity. I appreciate businesses that give people chance so 💯 for this included. Place is great in terms of comfortable time to be spent dining and enjoying with fam/friends. Alcohol was not being served due to renovation but had select cocktails and even accommodated my request for Sangria which wasn't on the list. True hospitality displayed. Tried Steam Fish and was worth trying. Twist to Sizzling brownie of Quinoa and no flour recipe, so cool. Delicious food overall, no complaints.
Ambience, presentation and quality ... None compromised. Never felt they were differently abled, as by the end of it we were subconsciously communicating with them in sign languages. Much recommended ❤️

Most inspirational staff of this Restaurant and very special, coz they are not ordinary like us but extra ordinary. I proud to see their willing to live a life, most motivated with their attitude towards life.
Apne pass sab hota hain fir bhi hum rote hai, must visit once this restro with friends n family. Starters, food n desert awesome.
