IBC is one of my top picks in Pune. The revamped version of the Balewadi outlet is the more reason to visit here.
Had a fantastic Sunday meal here and I enjoyed every bit of the experience. Their in house beers and graf ciders are amazing with a range of options for different palates. Hefeweisen is my favorite here and this time I also tried Billy Wonka Blueberry Graf and Oryza Rice Lager both of which were amazing.
In the food, Lime Patatas Bravas, Onion Rings and Katsu Curry was incredibly delicious. Ended on high note with scrumptious Belgian Chocolate and Hazelnut Mousse with Espresso Foam!
Overall loved the colorful and vibrant vibes with great food and beers.
We were here for dinner party, theexperience was fantastic there, it has good ambience, service was good, food was also nice.

The vibe of this place was fantastic, with delightful staff and scrumptious dishes.

2. onion rings - best I had till date
3. aglio-e-olio pasta,
all of which were not only delicious but also beautifully presented.
Despite having a limited food menu, they offer a wide variety of options, and their bar menu is extensive.

It was beautiful to spend a Saturday afternoon at Independence Brewing Company. The dinning area is large and the dining space is cozy and colour full.
They have a varied menu of small and large plates with mostly Mediterranean and continental food. Beverage options are good even if you're a non-drinker.
With less crowds in the afternoon, you'll be able to get information about the preparation method of the food items and also customisations needed if any.
Food quality and quantity is apt.

An amazing experience, worth every penny you spend. A few suggestions, 1. Go with your full appetite they have big portions and you need all the space you have. 2. Order multiple things at a time so that you get portions of varied tastes else the starters might fill your appetite in first go. Talking of experience and ambience its great and worth the time money you spend. You need to try their desserts above anything else. Loved it overall

Location - easy to find and at a perfect spot on balewadi high street
Staff - very polite and attentive, but a bit late when it comes to taking order though they served on time
Speciality - there crafted beer, a bit on expensive side but someone who wanted to have beers with no side effects, this is good option
Food - delicious, they have perfect vegetarian food options. When I initially asked them what can we have in veg, they were perplexed and answered slowly hence i ordered on my own and the very common thing for anyone is French fries. And trust me they have the best fresh fries, I never had such tasty fried even at McD.
Ambience - 10/10, though it looked like a pub and bar but no loud music, we in group could talk calmly there. Music was very soft.
Sitting arrangements - they have two options, inside and outside. As it was too hot, we preferred to sit inside and enjoyed it but outside as well i think is good and they do have multiple big fans to maintain temperature.
Menu - veg - non veg everything is there with too many options
Payment options - cash, cards, UPI anything is available
It was a Sunday evening and went their to have some mocktails and a very good experience.
Ambience: Nice cozy ambience and good feel with comfortable seating arrangements. Nice place to chill.
Food: Mocktails were good and for starter I had ordered truffle fries and it was just ausumn. Never had such tasty fries ever in my life. Crisp and tossed in truffle oil with parmesan cheese spread over it served with mayonnaise. It was just perfect and loved it totally.
Service: It was very very good. The server had knowledge of the food he was serving. We had asked him in detail before we ordered and he was very helpful and helped us select the correct food as per our palette. Like mild, medium or spicy. He was also very patient and very helpful. Hats off to the service :)
Outstanding food and drinks. The quality of food and it's presentation are worth the price you pay. Plenty of Beer options and great cocktails on the menu.
The staff is courteous and friendly. Including the Valet.
Toilets need better cleaning and maintenance.
