It was my first experience in this hotel but it was quiet good. Over-all hotel gave all the amenities which they displayed. Whole of staff was very courteous towards us. Food was also very tasty 😋 I would recommend this to everyone.
The rooms are fine. Locations is great, with shopping mall and pvr at the back side.
Its wuite near to airport as well.
Its a bit too small for a good hotel.

Recently I stayed at Hyatt,Raipur. Being a frequent traveller I had stayed in many hotels across-the- globe but my stay at Hyatt,Raipur is a memorable one. It was just a day stay but the staff was extremely humble, helpfull, friendly and polite, be it a member of front desk or a waiter everyone is ready to give their best.
Buffet breakfast spread was good, specially the live counter items were delicious.
The best part of the stay is that when we're done with the breakfast the chef and the floor manager came with a cup cake and asked us about our stay . This personal touch by the management is cherry on the cake.
