Review Chutney - Raipur

Just a right place to fulfill your Dosa cravings.. Love the Place, Food and Ambience. I tried thier Mysore masala Dosa which was crispy and spicy due to spread of red garlic chilly chutney (Speciality of Mysore masala Dosa) and filled with potatoe curry, it tastes good. l also go for Chutney Special King Queen dosa comes in two pieces having two different tastes varient one with red chutney other with green one with potatoe filling and coconut toping. It taste awesome with Sambhar and coconut chutney, you also get schezwan chutney, green chutney, allam chutney as you are in Chutney restaurant. Overall good place for South Indian cuisine, next time I'm gonna try North Indian dishes also.

Pros:- 1. Very clean and tidy property as it has just started business. Ambiance is very nice with modern interior and has an elevator as well to reach 1st and 2nd floor. 2. Staff is well behaved. Was greated on arriving, was served with a smile, helped in ordering, took feedback on food and recognized on visiting next time. 3. Most important of all very reasonably priced. One would not worry about the bill amount if you come here. 4. Taste is very nice, some what like the authentic south Indian food. 5. Lot of seats so you won't have to wait at all for getting a table here. 6. Service is very fast apart from utapam which takes time everywhere. Cons:- Portion size can be increased.

Visited this place couple of times. I've tried 3 or 4 types of dosa and they have decent taste. The chutney and sambhar they serve is also nice. Inspite of having such diverse menu, the place is less crowded in weekdays and during lunch hours. It has limited popularity among Raipurians. They can make South Indian dishes as their benchmark for other restaurants.

Love the dosas and chutneys at Chutney. Good to visit with with family and friends or to just grab a quick delicious bite. Great option in pandri after being tired post-shopping. Mysore Masala Dosa and Rava Nariyal Dosa are highly recommended. Rice preparations such as pulihora can be skipped, though.

Newly opened South Indian restaurant. Awesome taste. They have recently started with their north Indian. Tried their veg rajwadi, kaju paneer rice and dal tadka and loved all of it. They are famous for dosa and even the dosas are good.

Food taste not good..sambhar taste less ,in chutney pulses r partially cooked , not a good taste for South Indian at all..

The food is okay, but the service was not very good this time. Came here second time, the service was good the first time it was fast but this time it was a little disappointing. Even good food quality make the experience bad if the service is slow. The food is good, the taste of cheese masala dosa, fried idli and Idli 65 were delicious.

Nice ambience . Tried butter roti, dal tadka, schezwan rice, palak paneer and mushroom kadai. Everything was superb. King queen dosa is a must try.

South Indian and chinese food is great and tasty here. Dosa best hai Yahan pura raipur me. North Indian lunch and dinner bhi bahut acha hai.

Visited the place last week. One thing I got to experience was that they have the best dosa in the town for sure. Super crispy n almost oil free. Was definitely impressed with the variety of chutni they provide. Nice ambiance friendly staff and nice service. Idli 65 and rava dosa are a must try.

Very bad experience ordered an idli but as the name suggests only received 3 types of chutney and no idli !! Don’t think will ever Order again from chutney through Zomato!!

Comfortable ambience with delicious authentic dishes. The food is worth the money. It’s a nice place both for family and friends. Any South Indian food lover will definitely love this place. The quantity is also good and the fact that this restaurant doesn’t stick to just South Indian food and offers decent amount of variety, without overdoing it, is also great!

Ordered upma,idli and masala dosa. They are no where close to providing the ethnic south indian taste. God knows how they put their shop name based on that. However only thing i liked is their chutney. Pathetic staff,imbecile taste and overall i would not recommend anyone to order food from here. Its a total waste of money.

Good place to have South Indian food. But they have to improve a lot. Idli is dull. Sambhar is lean n extra sour. King queen dosa is good but remember it's very heavy. Upma is ok. Coffee is similar to authentic Madras coffee. Ambience is very good. Staff needs training.

This place one of my favorite restaurant in Raipur city. The ambiance and interior are very very good. The food served here was very very tasty. It serves varieties of south Indian food items.

Total wastage of money, quality and quantity wise both. Cold and tasteless food. Had ordered Masala dosa, vada, idli. Size of vada and idli both were extremely small. Sambhar was thin like water. Even coconut chutney was tasteless. Highly disappointed.<br/><br/>

Maggi was not upto the mark and they didn't provide any ketchup with parcel. At least they should provide a sachet of ketchup. How can anyone eat Maggi without ketchup..?

Yesterday, I visited the restaurant with my wife.<br/>It's newly opened restaurant for south Indian food lovers.<br/>Located behind the city centre mall.<br/>Interior are nice, decorations was great.<br/>Seatings are comfortable.<br/>We ordered Chutney Special Dosa, Cutting Dosa and Paneer Schzewan<br/>Food was great and delicious.<br/>Staff is good and happy with the service.<br/>

I ordered home delivery of ghee masala dosa and upma. I had ordered the same combination around the time the restaurant opened and both were delicious and their quantities were worth the price. This time the dosa although tasty was 40%-50% smaller and the upma was dry and didn't taste good. Very disappointed and will avoid ordering from here.

Cheese dosa with chutney, sambhar and fried idly was delicious. 1st time experienced this restaurant food was great. Restaurant name is kept wisely as per d taste...👌👌👌👌👌I'll prefer that once visit this restaurant with your frds or family . Food will not discourage you, but you will get satisfaction with its taste and presentation.

This place try to give a very authentic south indian impression as the ambience designed and the cutlery used gives there theme a thumbsup. (ambience 4/5).The food was served in a proper thali, although the menu was quite concise and i expected it offer much more. We order king queen dosa, one of its own kind in raipur, rich in taste loaded with 2 types of potato masala(4/5). Second was fried idly, it was quite different, but it was quite salty and other spices added to it was more than required, which overall was not palatable to the mouth(3/5). Along with it they offer you 3 types of chutneys along with sambhar. Sambhar(4/5), chutneys(3/5).Staff was good, place and staff maintained cleanliness. Prices were quite reasonable. Overall i recommended every one to give it a go and i expect the outlet to widen the varities and menu they offer.

This is a place where your search for authentic South Indian cuisine may end ... really awesome taste... there onion and tometo chutney...is really good.. ambience is really nice and beautiful...here a special sweet from Orissa called chena pod..a sweet cake made of paneer is a must try.. overall a gift for we Raipurieans....

Newely opened South Indian restaurant <br/><br/>Its location is very convenient in the middle of shopping area Pandri is new and the have to catchup in service .. taste is ok sambhar tasted like Dal but the chutneys were tasty we were pack of four <br/>Idly is very well made and melted in mouth <br/>King-queen dosa was tasty too<br/>Rava dosa could have been more crispy<br/>Sambar vada was very oily <br/><br/>Ambiance was good you can come here with all your family or friends,but the need to install fan on other side as people on AC side kept turning ac off and there is no fan on other side so it became hot which was not comfortable <br/><br/>We will visit again in hopes they have improved in service and taste

Most hygienic and delicious food at jaw dropping prices. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Nice interiors. The main attraction is the opening time and prices.
